3 Introduction The Test order setup in your Shipwire account was created to give you a quick and risk-free test of Shipwire fulfillment. With it, you can send up to 3 unique products to one of our warehouses, then test the Shipwire delivery experience by shipping a product to yourself or anywhere else in the world. This guide will help you prepare your inventory before sending it to Shipwire for your Test order, and will provide useful tips on how to have a successful Test order experience. Business Owners / General Managers Customer Support Managers / Personnels Operations Managers Test Order Use the Test order flow for a quick and risk-free test of Shipwire fulfillment. Send a small amount of inventory to one of our warehouses and test how order delivery works by sending a product to yourself or anyone else in the world. Full Setup When you create your Shipwire account, you can also go through a full setup of your account, including warehouse locations, order input, and product setup, choose the Full setup flow. 4 I. Preparing Your Shipment Getting ready to send your inventory to a Shipwire warehouse

5 Checklist Follow this checklist of required steps to make sure your inventory follows the Shipwire standard receiving guidelines. Receivings that follow these guidelines will encounter fewer errors and will be processed faster: Your checklist Made sure your shipment meets labeling and packaging guidelines Ship your inventory to the Shipwire warehouse of your choice Enter your tracking information in Shipwire when it is available Ship test order to yourself when inventory is available 5 Test Order: Sending Inventory shipwire.com

6 Labeling & Packaging Shipwire provides specific guidelines about how your goods should be labeled when sent to our warehouses. When you are ready for your first full receiving order, there will be additional details, but for now we have a simplified set of guidlines for your Test order. Follow these guidelines to prevent unnecessary errors, delays, and/or damaged products. There are specific requirements for individual products and the cases they arrive in at the warehouse. Here s an overview: Labeling Cases or Pallets The cases or cartons sent to our wareouse which contain your Test order products must have an affixed ASN label or pre-paid shipping label (see examples below). These wil be automatically generated during your account setup and should be included on each case or pallet being sent to our warehouse. 7 Other Guidelines for Labelng Cases or Pallets Required on all cases/pallets received by the warehouse Label must be white Minimum font size must be 12pt Minimum label size must be 4 x 6 (10cm x 15cm) Labeling Individual Products The product label should be visible on the outside of the packaging. Do not include labels on the inside of the product (i.e. inside a polybag). If your item is too small for a label, you must ensure the case label containing the unit discloses its contents. 9 II. Ship Your Products to a Warehouse Sending your inventory to a Shipwire warehouse

10 Shipping Your Inventory When your test order shipment is ready to send, you can ship it to any Shipwire warehouse using your preferred carrier. 1. Send to Warehouse When you complete a receiving order during the Test order process, you will receive an confirmation with an attachment containing a PDF of the label. This label includes the receiving number (also known as an ASN), which must be put on the outside of each of the the shipping boxes, casees, or pallets in the shipment. 2. Enter Tracking Information After you ship your package and receive a tracking number from your carrier, enter it in your Shipwire account. Note that you will not need to do this if you printed a pre-paid shipping label during your Test order setup. Wait for Your Inventory to be Received Once inventory arrives at the warehouse dock, Shipwire starts a process to move it to a Pick location, where it will be easily available for incoming orders. Keep in mind that your Test order products are received in the same way as all other inventory in a Shipwire warehouse. Shipwire technology considers numerous factors in order to balance storage & handling costs and service levels across all of your inventory in real time. We constantly balance picking efficiency gains against replenishment labor. Following standard receiving guidelines will help inventory be processed efficiently and without delays. Receivings that do not follow these guidelines will incur the following additional costs, depending on the level of complexity of the receiving: Once your receiving is complete, you will get an from Shipwire notifying you that you can log in and continue with your Test order flow. 13 Ship a Test Order You are now ready to ship a test order and get a taste of the Shipwire delivery experience. After you receive the notification that your inventory is ready to be sent, you can log in to your Shipwire account. When you log in, you will see that your next task is to ship a test order. Complete the Test order flow by shipping the order to yourself or to someone else. You now have a feel for how fulfillment by Shipwire works and you know how your customers will receive orders.w You re Done!
