25 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS A passport is the only reliable & universally accepted travel document available for the purpose of travel All passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of the trip American / British / Canadian Passports DO NOT REQUIRE a visa Travelers of other nationalities must check if a visa is required with authorities of all destinations on your itinerary, INCLUDING flight entry points prior to final destination Entry Requirement for minors (under 18 years old) In addition to a valid passport & any applicable visas they should have a signed Parental/Legal Guardian Travel Consent Form USA: CAN: INFO@PROMETOUR.COM

27 CANCELLATIONS There are absolutely NO cancellation fees until the group is confirmed to travel. All of your deposits are 100% refundable until you are confirmed to travel. A GROUP IS CONFIRMED WHEN: -there is 10 or more participants who are registered for the trip -when Prométour needs to proceed to the bookings (plane tickets, hotels, etc) -when the travel dates are approaching Andrea, the Tour Consultant, will let Mrs. Olan know a few days before proceeding to confirming your group. This way, it will give Mrs. Olan two or three days to let the parents know that now is the chance to cancel without any fees. Once, your group is confirmed, there WILL be cancellation fees based on your travel dates and our terms and conditions. Once confirmed, here are the cancellation fees: TERMS AND CONDITIONS DATES CANCELLATION DATES CANCELLATION FEES 9 months or more prior to departure June 12th 2015 or prior No charge *administration fees up to $150 may apply Between 9 and 4 months June 13th - November 12th 2015 $300 per person Between 122 and 90 days November 11th - December 13th 2015 $600 per person Between 89 and 45 days December 14th January 27th 50% of tour cost 2016 Within 44 days of departure January 28th % of tour cost You can avoid some of these by upgrading the insurance upon registration.
