6 Turned parts» High-precision turned parts are manufactured in small, middle and large series on modern machines» CNC - 6-/8- Multi spindle lathes» Motor spindle technology CNC controlled 6-/8- Multi spindle lathes» CNC- single spindle lathes» Through the use of modern production methods the following materials can be processed:» Regular and alloyed steel» Stainless high-grade steel» Non-ferrous metal (e.g. copper, brass, bronze)» Aluminium» Diameter from Ø 3 to 65 mm» CNC motor-spindel technology up to Ø 40 mm 6

19 Fully automatic, convertible mounting machines» Through automatic feeding with subsequent separation, different size parts are carried to a turntable» Using several hydraulic presses and an ultrasonic welding system connections are made of plastic and metal parts» On independent stations, parts undergo 100% testing for tightness, location, dimension and torsion» We guarantee fulfillment of the quality requirements of our customers» A fully automated packaging and counting unit takes over the sequences of logistical operations independently 19
