Private School Program helps U.S. top private schools to admit qualified international students. While on an F-1 visa, the students usually come to American high schools for more than one year with the aim of graduating and attending a top college or university. Our local residential advisors operate a 24-hour emergency contact that is available to student, host families, and schools. TOPTON provides monthly check-in and residential report to student families. In addition, TOPTON academic advisors provides regular counseling every two weeks and monthly academic report about each student. TOPTON believes that Host family is an essential part in student s cultural understanding and language acquisition in another country. Our affiliated host families are typically student families and school teachers. They regard international students as part of their families and truly care about their adjustment and growth. With the help of our international partners, TOP- TON home coordinator delivers first-hand updates about students to their native families and offer translation assistance in the communication among host families, native families, and schools. 13 1-ON-1 TUTORING PROGRAM TOPTON GROUP 1-ON-1 Tutoring Program is designed to help our students improve their English language skills, specifically: speaking, reading, listening and writing, as well as helping improve performance in school interviews, public speaking, and topic-based discussions. In addition, with the help from our tutors who are either current students or graduates from Top 20 U.S. colleges or universities, our students are able to learn about American culture and social etiquette in mock social situations. 1-ON-1 Tutoring Program is an after school course that helps international students with areas they commonly find difficult. This program enables international students to adjust to the American education system, culture, and way of life. 14 SHORT TERM IMMERSION PROGRAM TOPTON GROUP believes globe exploration at an early stage is beneficial to lifetime growth. It is essential for student to grow a deeper awareness of their role as citizens of the world through direct immersion in other cultures. TOPTON is committed to providing high-quality and accessible short term exchange programs to students who are interested in coming to another country to live, learn, and grow. TOPTON Short Term Immersion Program lasts from two weeks to eight weeks. And students have the freedom to select a program that best suits their interests and time frame. 14

15 Short Term Immersion Program offers students a short but intense experience at top U.S. colleges and private high schools to let them understand the local culture and also the core value in U.S. education system better. Students attend school classes, academic workshops, peer study groups, topic-based extracurricular, and academic planning from day one. 16 CHINESE IMMERSION PROGRAM TOPTON GROUP is proud to have close and sustainable relationship with many top private high schools in China. Chinese Immersion Program works with our affiliated schools to create an authentic cultural setting for students worldwide who are interested in culture exploration in China. The program lasts from two weeks to eight weeks. And students have the freedom to select a program that best suits their interests and time frame. 16

17 During the program, students get to explore the city chosen from a range of different places, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xi an, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Tianjin, and Chengdu, and also have opportunities to meet and stay with host families. Students attend class and participate in school activities just like normal Chinese high school students. They have the chance to meet and communicate with local students and the friendship they cultivate lasts after the program ends. 18 SINO-U.S. JOINT PROGRAM With close tie to international partners and affiliated high schools in China, TOPTON is clearly aware of the rising needs of international communication among high schools. Linking high schools in China and America, Sino-U.S. Joint Program builds joint academic curriculum catering to Chinese students interested in studying in U.S.. TOPTON works with high schools from both sides to devise curriculum and academic support that prepare students for their journey abroad. The curriculum includes not only Chinese national curriculum, but also U.S. science and social study courses. 18 Sino-U.S. Joint Program is a full academic year program during which students accept credits from both Chinese and U.S. high schools. The program usually lasts from two years to three years and the graduates get certificates from both high schools. After finishing Sino-U.S. Joint Program, students are not only sufficient in English language, but also ready to embark their next journey in U.S.
