2 Serves: 8 20 minutes 7 minutes Assorted Crostini 4 slices New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast or New York Brand Ciabatta Rolls Topping options: Marzetti Hummus with chopped olives and feta cheese Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip with fresh or roasted chopped vegetables Marzetti Dill Veggie Dip with chopped cucumber and red onion Pesto and shrimp Olive sundried tomato tapenade Fresh chopped tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper Bake New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast according to package directions. Cool. Cut each toast into quarters. Top toasts as desired. Serve.

3 Serves: 4 15 minutes 40 minutes Texas Toast Stuffed Pork Chops 2 slices New York Brand Garlic Texas Toast 4 boneless pork chops, 1 to 1 ¼ thick Salt and black pepper 1/2 cup chopped onions 3 tbsp. olive oil, divided 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 4 sundried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chicken stock Bake New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast according to package directions. Cool. Cut each toast into 1 inch pieces. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Cut a pocket into meaty side of each chop. Place chops on a tray and season with salt and pepper. Place onions and 1tbsp. oil in a medium microwave proof bowl, cover and microwave 1 minute or until onions are tender. Add a pinch each salt and pepper, pieces New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast and remaining ingredients and mix to incorporate. Divide stuffing and fill cavity of each pork chop. Thread one or two toothpicks along cut side of chops to seal in stuffing. Heat remaining 2 tbsp. oil in a large ovenproof skillet, over medium high heat; add chops and brown each side. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes (depending upon size of chop) or until chops are thoroughly cooked and reach 160 degrees F. Remove toothpicks and serve.

4 Serves: 2 10 minutes 10 minutes Open Faced Egg Sandwich 2 slices New York Brand Garlic or Cheese Texas Toast 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. pesto 4 pieces cooked bacon 4 slices cheddar cheese 2 large tomato slices 2 tsp. butter 2 eggs 1/2 fresh avocado, sliced Salt and pepper Arrange New York Brand Garlic or Cheese Texas Toast on a sheet pan and bake according to package directions. Place one slice of toast on each plate. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto. Spread pesto sauce on toast, next top with two slices of bacon, one cheese slice and sliced tomato. In a small non-stick skillet, melt butter; add eggs and fry as desired. Place one egg each atop sandwich stacks, cover with remaining cheese and avocado slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve.

5 Serves: 2 15 minutes 7 minutes Texas Toast with Chopped Caesar Salad 2 slices New York Brand Garlic or Cheese Texas Toast 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce 8 cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 cup chopped red pepper 3 tbsp. Marzetti Caesar Salad Dressing 1/4 cup Parmesan peels Black pepper Arrange New York Brand Garlic or Cheese Texas Toast on a sheet pan and bake according to package directions. Place one slice of toast on each plate. In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, red pepper and Marzetti Caesar Salad Dressing. Divide and arrange salad atop each slice of toast. Sprinkle with parmesan peels and black pepper, if desired. Serve.

6 Makes: 32 pcs 25 minutes 15 minutes Garlic Ginger Shrimp Toast 8 slices New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled 2 egg whites 2 scallions, chopped 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt Vegetable oil for frying Chopped chives Bake New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast 5 minutes; cool and cut each piece into quarters. Heat 2 inches of oil in a large deep skillet to 350 degrees F. Place remaining ingredients in bowl of a food processor and pulse until mixture is almost smooth. Spread mixture on top of each piece of toast. Fry toasts in small batches turning toast once and frying a total of 1 to 1 ½ minutes. Drain toasts on paper towels, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.

7 Serves: minutes 1 hour Brunch Strada 8 slices New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast 8 large eggs 3 cups half and half 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 1/4 cups diced boiled ham 1 tbsp. hot sauce 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley 1/2 tsp. chopped thyme leaves 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Arrange New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast slices on a sheet pan and bake 7 to 10 minutes or until bread begins to brown. Cool and cut into 2 inch pieces. Butter an 8 x 11 baking dish. Place bread pieces in prepared baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over bread pieces. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Remove strata from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover strata with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake 20 minutes or until center of strata is firm to touch. Top of strata should be golden brown. Allow strata to rest for 5 minutes. Serve.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic Lemon Stuffing 4 slices New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast One 4-pound whole chicken 1/4 cup olive oil, divided 1 cup chopped onions Zest of 1 small lemon 1 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried 1/4 cup chopped parsley 3/4 cup chicken stock Salt and pepper, to taste Bake New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast according to package directions. Cool and cut into 1 ½ inch pieces and place in large bowl. Lower oven to 375 degrees F. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a small skillet over medium heat, add onions and cook until tender. Add cooked onions, lemon zest, oregano, parsley, stock and salt and pepper to bread and combine well. Fill cavity of chicken with stuffing and truss bird with kitchen twine. Place bird in roasting pan and rub chicken with remaining 2 tbsp. oil. Season bird with salt and pepper. Roast chicken for about 2 hours or until juices run clear. Serve.

Tuscan Bean Soup 6 slices New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast 2 tbsp. olive oil 4 slices bacon, diced 1 cup chopped onions 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves 1 bay leaf 1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley Salt and black pepper, to taste 2 (15.8 oz.) cans white beans 6 cups chicken stock Bake New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast according to package directions. Cool and cut into 1 ½ inch pieces. Heat oil in a large soup pot, add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon bits. Add onions, celery and carrots and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, thyme, bay leaf, parsley, salt and pepper and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans and stock and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Carefully puree half of soup in small batches, returning it to soup pot. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer New York Brand Texas Garlic Toast pieces to a Dutch oven or a large deep ovenproof baking dish. Pour soup over bread and bake 30 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

10 Serves: 1 10 minutes 6-8 minutes Cuban Sandwich 2 New York Brand Ciabatta Rolls 2 tbsp. yellow or Dijon mustard 4 oz. sliced ham 4 oz. sliced cooked pork loin 2 tbsp. tomato paste 6 oz. sliced provolone or Swiss cheese 6 dill pickle slices Olive oil Grated Parmesan cheese, optional Allow New York Brand Ciabatta Rolls to thaw for 5 minutes. Preheat panini pan to medium high heat. Spread one side of bread with mustard and arrange remaining ingredients on top. Cover with remaining roll. Brush top and bottom of sandwich with olive oil and place on panini pan. Cover with press and cook until bread is slightly crispy and sandwich is hot. Serve.

11 Serves: 2 15 minutes 20 minutes Grilled Vegetable and Cheese Sandwich 1 New York Brand Ciabatta Garlic Loaf 1/2 cup Marzetti Original Hummus 1 grilled red pepper, sliced 8 slices grilled zucchini 4 slices grilled red onion 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 2 tbsp. chopped scallions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake New York Brand Ciabatta Garlic Loaf for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and spread loaf with Marzetti Original Hummus. Continue to layer with remaining ingredients and bake 7 to 10 minutes or until hot. Serve.
