3 1. Scope of our services This document describes Accenture s MS Office 365 Cloud Services and should be read in conjunction with the associated Government Cloud III Services documentation. Accenture provides services across the whole MS Office 365 lifecycle that include: Strategy. Define a strategy for transition to MS Office 365 Cloud Services. This can include business case development and TCO analysis. Implementation. Provide resources to help setup and configure the Microsoft environment and deploy this into the organisation. This will include the migration of any data from an existing CRM application (if applicable). Governance and Operating Model Definition. Define processes for MS Office 365 usage and management. Ensure controls are in place and roles well defined to help manage the MS Office 365 environment(s) and ensure cost effective usage. Tested all the major migration tools for both Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Completed more than 20 million platform-to-platform and/or version-to-version mailbox migrations. 2. Approach Our approach is based on the proven Accenture Delivery Methodology (ADM). ADM includes a series of toolkits and templates for all phases of the project, developed, tested and refined with clients in a wide range of industries. 3

4 Our methodology for SaaS based implementations includes different approaches that can be utilised depending on the specific implementation - such as our agile approach utilising sprints or using pilots for SaaS projects. The following outlines the process for a Microsoft Implementation. Timelines will vary and will depend on the scope of the Services. For SaaS implementations Accenture predominantly uses an agile methodology as shown below: SaaS Implementation Methodology Part of this approach includes a unique approach that Accenture has adopted called the Conference Room Pilot Approach, which runs a number of specially designed sessions as part of the sprints shown above. The sessions ensure that business requirements are constantly in focus and that feedback on development can be provided immediately (for point and click changes) or at the next session for custom development components. Different sessions are split across 3 main phases with different focus per session. These are show below: The sessions within each phase focus on different areas and progressively ensure the application is developed in close cooperation with the business. 4

Pricing Our unit price of 713 per day represents a blended day rate for systems integration and implementation of Cloud Services. This blend is based on our experience in implementing these kinds of services for customers across industry in the UK. Our commitment is to work with you to define the appropriate scope and deliverables to achieve the desired outcome at the best value for money for you. If the work to deliver the Cloud service is more advisory in nature then our blended rate may increase to 1299 per day or higher. This increase reflects the need for more senior, more experienced staff to be involved in the delivery of these types of service. 5.
