1 FALL FESTIVAL VENDORS Allergen Information The following is a list of the vendors who will be participating at the fall fest and the foods that they will be offering for purchase. With the help of the participating vendors, the Food Allergy Awareness Committee has been able to bring you information on known allergens that are present in the foods that will be served at the fall fest. Please note that these allergens are in bold. We hope you will find this information useful in helping you make an informed decision on whether you or your child can safely have the food available.bon Appetite! The Pig Joint Serving pulled pork and sausage only Pork - Gluten free, trace butter Contains dairy White bun - We regret that we do not know the ingredients for this item. Flour Tortillas (dairy free and egg free) Contains soybean oil *option for pork bowl- no bun Sausage - Pork (gluten free and dairy free) Cole Slaw - cabbage, mayonnaise Contains dairy and eggs BBQ Sauces All sauces are dairy free, egg free, soy free, and gluten free Hands off my Funnel Cake Serving two types of funnel cakes. Funnel cake - ingredients: wheat flour, non-fat milk solids, sugar, dried egg whites, egg yolk blend, salt. Vegan version funnel cake - ingredients: Wheat pastry flour, self rising flour, vanilla rice milk, corn starch, and sugar. *Both types of funnel cakes will be cooked in soybean oil ** Vegan cakes will be cooked in separate soybean oil.

Pizza Crust - (egg free, soy free) Contains wheat/gluten *Gluten free pizza also available (gluten free, dairy free) Contains eggs and may contain soy Hat Creek Burgers Serving burgers, including their special Hot Dang burger. Hamburger meat - salt and pepper only - (gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free) Bun - (dairy free, egg free, and soy free) Contains gluten Miss Vicki s Sea Salt Chips - Ingredients: potatoes, vegetable oil (Sunflower, Corn, and/or Canola Oil) and Sea Salt. The HOT DANG burger - is a grain burger. It is made out of grains. Other ingredients: organic Texmati brown rice, organic pearled barley, and organic wild rice, organic rolled oats, organic cashews, farm eggs, hot mustard and sea salt. * A separate grill will be available for allergy sensitive orders upon request * * PLEASE NOTE* The Hot Dang burger contains NUTS and EGGS. Chicken Express Chicken Express will be serving the following items: chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, rolls, iced tea and lemonade.
