To those who were not able to attend, you were missed and we hope to see you this summer. To those veterans and families who were able to attend, it was wonderful to spend time together. This year we re headed back to Savannah, GA. Our reunion date is August 4 August 7, This year you can see we have no group tours scheduled. This will allow for a more relaxed and informal get together, with plenty of time for families and comrades to tour our host city related to their personal interests. The hotel concierge can help with finding things to do in Savannah. As we get closer to the event, and know how many will be attending, we are looking at offering an optional group tour for those who are interested, and will contact attendees with that information in early July. We have scheduled 3 group activities at the end of each day, so whether your day is spent touring or relaxing at the hotel, we gather to share an evening meal together. The room rate is $ (+ taxes/fees) for either a King or 2 Double Beds per room, per night. This includes a 15% discount voucher for all attendees that can be used in the hotel restaurant. It is very important that hotel reservations be made by JUNE 15 th. We cannot guarantee that our group rate or rooms will be available after that date. The hotel has generously extended a 48 hour cancellation policy to us that will allow you to cancel your reservation at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check in date should your plans change. Your reservation also allows us to have an idea of our attendance number which helps tremendously with planning, so PLEASE make your reservations by June 15 th! Hospitality Room: We will have a complimentary hospitality room for our use during our reunion. Our contract does allow for outside food, so enjoy time with your comrades and family but please be sure to dispose of your trash appropriately. Parking: privileges.
