3 DOWN TOWN: DESTINATION DOWN TOWN IN THE CENTRE OF PORSGRUNN KILDEN: WITH THE MARKET DOUBLING IN SIZE, IT WOULD BE FOOLISH NOT TO JOIN IN PORSGRUNN The city lies on the south coast of Norway and is part of the district of Grenland in Telemark County. Porsgrunn s river and fjords have provided many benefits for the city, which is Norway s third-largest port and to more than 35,000 people. URBAN DEVELOPMENT WITH OUTSTANDING SHOPPING AND MUSEUMS MAKES THIS A MUST-VISIT DESTINATION. IN THE HEART OF PORSGRUNN. Down Town shopping centre is conveniently located in Porsgrunn, with the river on one side and the city on the other and important museums just a stone s throw away. Citycon will be developing a new building on the river side and replacing the existing car park with new and modern facilities to improve our customers shopping experience. Citycon wants to do its part now that this area of Porsgrunn is being developed with new residential and commercial areas, shopping and cultural experiences and many new jobs. The expansion of the Down Town shopping centre will be our main project however, this is only one of several key initiatives in the development of the area. STAVANGER Stavanger is a city and municipality in Rogaland county in south-west Norway. With a population of 130,754, Stavanger is Norway s fourth-largest city. Kilden is located in Hillevåg district, which is situated in the centre of the municipality and is to important institutions such as Stavanger University Hospital and the University of Stavanger. ONE OF STAVANGER S FASTEST GROWING MARKETS. INTEGRATED HEALTH, WELLNESS AND FITNESS CENTRE. Kilden is expanding with five new floors on the west side of the shopping centre, covering 8,200 square metres. This means more shopping, but also a wider range of services, for example in healthcare. The combination of businesses will strengthen the shopping centre, which will also see a greater variety of shoe shops, clothing shops and specialist, in addition to businesses focusing on fitness, health and wellness. The new floors will have the same layout as existing retail and communal areas, and will be a natural extension of established shopping patterns. 4 STORBYEN: SEVERAL NEW, A NEW HOTEL AND A THRIVING SQUARE: A PROPER CITY! KONGSSENTERET VEST: DEVELOPING THE REGIONS COMMERCIAL CENTRE SARPSBORG Sarpsborg is located in the centre of Østfold County close to both Oslo and Sweden. Sarpsborg features expanding businesses, beautiful natural surroundings and well-developed residential areas, and naturally the municipality is in buoyant mood ahead of the city s 1,000-year anniversary in AN ADDITIONAL 2,000 SQUARE METRES AND SEVERAL NEW THRIVING SQUARE WITH SEVERAL RESTAURANTS IN THE HEART OF SARPSBORG Storbyen shopping centre is experiencing an increase in both sales and footfall but it has the potential for more. We will be expanding the shopping centre by 2,000 square metres and adding 20 new tenants. The shopping area in this part of Storbyen is spread over two floors, which we plan to open up more to optimise retail space and customer circulation. With a bigger entrance area and large glass façades, the will be a natural part of the square as they are of the centre. Arrangements are therefore being made for more open-air catering outlets, including Egon, Joe & the Juice, Peppes and others in an area that is also connected to the city s pedestrianised area. KONGSVINGER Kongsvinger is a town and municipality in Hedmark County. Kongsvinger is the commercial and regional centre of Sør-Hedmark. Kongsvinger centre offers most things you would expect to find in a small modern town: a shopping centre, cafés, a wide cultural and fitness offering. WE ARE DEVELOPING A STRONG RETAIL SITE CONNECTING TWO SHOPPING CENTRES AND 1.5 MILLION THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT INCLUDES A RESIDENTIAL PROJECT When we build Kongssenteret Vest covering 4,500 square metres spread over two levels, we will boost new shopping opportunities in an already well-established retail area. Around 1.5 million people already visit Kongssenteret and its more than 40 each year. The two centres will dovetail neatly and facilitate increased trade. The current infrastructure already offers easy access and ample parking. There will be a car park with 50 parking spaces on level 2, in addition to a new and easily accessible car park with around 115 parking spaces north of Brugata. BUSKERUD STORSENTER: THE EASIEST WAY TO VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING IN BUSKERUD DRAMMEN The river city of Drammen, in Buskerud County, is situated in the centre of south-eastern Norway. Drammen is to more than 65,000 people (Jan. 2013) and the city serves as the regional capital for a wider population of 160,000. THIS IS THE AREA FOR LARGE- SCALE RETAILING. DEVELOPING AND BUILDING A NEW AND WELL-PLANNED SHOPPING CENTRE The current NOK million development project marks a new era for CC Drammen, one of Norway s oldest shopping centres. NEDRE EIKER Nedre Eiker is located in central south-eastern Norway. The Drammenselva river bisects the municipality. The municipality borders on Drammen and Lier in the east, and Øvre Eiker and Modum in the west. Nedre Eiker has developed into a regional shopping centre in the widest sense. Oasen is also to a number of municipal offices and services that make the centre into the veritable heart of this part of town. The further development of the centre was completed in November 2014, after significant expansion and upgrading. Markedet is also close to the city square, the courthouse and the city s hotels. There is ample parking at the shopping centre, with private underground parking facilities.
