2 Troubleshooting Tips TROUBLESHOOT RESOLUTION 2a Modify your account profile or the members in your household. I entered my date of birth incorrectly. Where can I change it? How do I remove people from my household? Can I make payments online? Can I make partial payments? When will my payment be applied to the invoice? Birth dates cannot be changed online. Please stop by your home branch and fill out a change form to make this change. You must come into the branch and fill out a change form to remove a member from your household. Yes, you can. Any unpaid invoice that is created online or at the branch can be paid online. You can pay a portion of the invoice or the total invoice when making online payments. Payments are processed the next business day. Payments made over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta

Select the Tax Year from the drop-down box and click Print Tax Statement (requires Adobe Reader) to receive a tax statement for the selected year. Click Print Receipt to generate a copy of a receipt. NOTE: To download a tax statement you must have Adobe Reader installed. 4 Troubleshooting Tips SPIRIT Online Enrollment TROUBLESHOOT RESOLUTION 2b The following payments are on file for your household. How can I get a receipt from a past purchase? How long does payment information remain on my account history? What do I need in order to download a tax statement? Click the Print Receipt button to generate a copy of a receipt. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If it is not installed on your computer, click the Get Adobe Reader to download the program. Payment information will always remain on your account. Payment history information is never removed from our system. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you don t have Adobe Reader, click Get Adobe Reader to install the program. Will I have access to my 2009 tax statement? You can download tax statements for the year 2005 and up to the current year. Please contact your home branch if you need tax information for any year earlier than c The following credit cards are on file for your household. Do I have to keep a credit card on file? No, you may enter your credit card information each time you choose to make a purchase. Why can t I remove my credit card or change my credit card number? If there is an auto charge tied to a credit card you would like changed or removed, please contact your home branch s membership administrator for assistance YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta

6 Troubleshooting Tips SPIRIT Online Enrollment TROUBLESHOOT RESOLUTION 2d Modify your account (Add). Which fields are required fields when adding a member to the household? Does adding someone to my household mean they are also added to the membership? All of the fields, except Middle Name, are required fields when adding a member to the household. No. In order to add someone to your membership, you must come into the branch to fill out a change form. Can I select two addresses as preferred? Can I add more than one phone number, address and address to my account? How do I add an emergency phone number to my account? No, only one address can be selected as the preferred address. The preferred address is where invoices and general information will be sent. This information is also important when creating a photo ID card at your home branch. Yes, you can add multiple numbers, addresses and addresses. However, you can only have one of each that is designated as preferred.
