2 Caution, General Use & Care Instructions DISCLAIMER: THE MANUFACTURER AND DISTRIBUTOR ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED FROM MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT. CAUTION: For microwave use only. Do not use on stovetop or in a conventional oven. When removing the roaster from microwave, grab the roaster by the handles. Beware of the steam when lifting dome. Use pot holders. Do not cook candy such as toffee or praline for long periods in the roaster or with grate in the bottom of cooker. Place paper towel on the grate when cooking bacon in the roaster, as bacon grease gets too hot for roaster bottom. GENERAL USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS Microwave temperatures may vary. If you have a 10 watt microwave or higher, please reduce cooking time to minutes per pound (lb.) or minutes less per lb of meat than the time in the recipe. Apply BBQ Sauce with a basting brush for better results. Do not pour too much BBQ Sauce in roaster at one time. If you do not have a turntable, turn the roaster at least once during cooking time. Dishwasher safe. Top rack only. Do not use abrasive cleaners or knives on the TASTY ROASTER. BASIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING POULTRY Rinse poultry before cooking. Follow recipes, but be aware that microwaves are not equal so check your poultry with a thermometer for best results. Store leftover poultry in the TASTY ROASTER and close the vent. To reheat, open vent and heat poultry for 1-1/ minutes on high per piece. **When cooking in Microwave that is 10 watts or more, use the lesser of the cooking times until you are familiar with how your microwave cooks. Steam Vent OPEN COMPLETELY BBQ, browning-seasoned or sauced chicken, pork chops, hamburgers, meatloaf, roasted chicken, wings, meats, etc. CLOSED WITH SMALL HOLES ONLY Fish. CLOSED COMPLETELY Steaming vegetables, rice, rice mixes, refreshing hard or stale bread. 4 Party Starters Warm Taco Layer Dip 5 minutes BBQ Chicken Easy BBQ Chicken Pieces - minutes cans ( oz.) bean dip ½ cup jalapeno slices 1 can ( oz.) tomatoes with chili peppers, sliced 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Remove grate. Layer all ingredients in the roaster. Microwave for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. to 4 ½ pound whole chicken, cut into pieces or chicken pieces (dark and white) Olive oil (optional) Creole or all purpose seasoning ¼ cup water 1 cup bbq sauce Rub chicken with olive oil (optional). Sprinkle seasoning on chicken. Pour ¼ cup water in bottom of roaster. Place chicken on grate. Baste ½ cup of BBQ sauce on chicken. Place top on with vent wide open. Place in microwave and microwave for - minutes per pound. When halfway through the cooking cycle, take out and lift top (be careful of steam). Baste remaining BBQ sauce on chicken, picking up chicken and basting sauce on the bottom of the chicken pieces, covering the entire chicken. Microwave for the remaining time. Take out of microwave, lift lid and remove chicken. Remove grate and place chicken in gravy drippings or serve drippings on top. Entree Easy Whole BBQ Chicken - minutes Roasted Chicken Savory Whole Roasted Chicken minutes to 4 ½ pound whole chicken Olive oil (optional) ¼ cup water Creole or all purpose seasong 1 cup BBQ sauce NOTE: When cooking chicken use the chart and cook for - minutes per pound, turning the roaster half way through the cooking time if microwave does not have a turntable. Rub chicken with olive oil (optional). Sprinkle seasoning on chicken and in the cavity. Place chicken on grate. Baste ½ cup of BBQ sauce on chicken. Place top on with vent wide open. Place in microwave and microwave for minutes per pound. When halfway through the cooking cycle, take out and lift top (be careful of steam). Baste remaining BBQ sauce on chicken, covering the entire chicken. Microwave for the remaining time. Take out of microwave, lift lid and remove chicken. Cut up chicken if desired and place in gravy drippings. Heat 1 minute in the microwave. to 4 ½ pound whole chicken Olive oil (optional) Creole or all purpose seasoning Paprika ¼ cup water Dry. Rub with olive oil (optional). Sprinkle seasoning and paprika on chicken and sprinkle some on the inside of the chicken cavity. Pour ¼ cup water in the bottom of the roaster. Place chicken on grate and cover. Open steam vent all the way (wide open). Microwave for minutes per pound, turning the roaster around half way through the cooking time, if you do not have a turntable on microwave, and microwave for the remaining time. Let rest for 5 minutes. This chicken is browned, savory and moist. Delicious! Remove chicken from the tasty roaster. Heat juices and serve over a garnished platter of fluffy whipped potatoes and cooked carrots. Serves -, depending on size of chicken. Additional recipes available for purchase
5 Other Entrees Hot Dogs with Chili, Onions and Cheese Other Entrees Micro Magnificent Meatloaf 5 minutes 15 minutes 1 can ( oz.) chili (with or without beans) 1 cup onions chopped ½ cup shredded cheese 1 package (1 oz.) hot dogs Place chili, onions and cheese in the bottom of the roaster. Place grate on top. Place hot dogs on the grate. Cover and place vent open. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove hotdogs. Serve on buns. Cover with chili. Serves. ½ cup ketchup tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1- tsp. creole or all purpose seasoning lb. ground meat ½ cup Italian bread crumbs eggs, beaten 1 ½ package dry onion soup mix ½ cup water Mix ½ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp. seasoning and place aside. In a bowl, mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, soup mix, and 1 tsp. seasoning together. Shape into a loaf and place on grate with handles turned down. Spread tomato sauce mixture on top of meatloaf. Place lid on roaster. Open vent completely. Microwave for 15 minutes. Turn if you do not have a turntable. Microwave minutes more. Check by placing meat thermometer in middle. 15 degrees. Serves -. Turkey can be substituted for the beef or a mixture of both. Always add ½ cup of water to the bottom of the roaster before microwaving meatloaf. Slammin Sides Rockin Rice and Shrimp Casserole 0 minutes Slammin Sides Asparagus & Green Pea Favorite Casserole minutes Remove grate from roaster. Place all ingredients in roaster except the shrimps and cover. Close vent. Place in microwave and microwave for 0 minutes. Stir shrimp into ingredients. Microwave for minutes more. Remove grate from roaster. Mix all ingredients, except for the cheese and paprika, in bottom of roaster. Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top. Open steam vent. Microwave for minutes until cheese is melted. 1 cup raw rice 1 stick butter 1 can ( oz.) onion soup 1 can tomatoes ( oz.) with chili peppers, un-drained 1 tsp. Creole or All Purpose seasoning 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined ½ stick butter, melted 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can asparagus, drained 1 can small peas, drained ½ cup almonds or water chestnuts 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp. black and red pepper tsp. Creole or All Purpose seasoning 1 tsp. paprika Additional recipes available for purchase

Cover with steam vent opened completely and microwave minutes. Add next 4 ingredients. Mix flour and milk. Stir into macaroni mixture. Add American cheese. Cover and cook on high for - minutes. Sprinkle with cups sharp cheddar cheese. Microwave 1 minute. Remove grate. Combine icing, toffee bits and dark chocolate chips. Microwave minutes with open steam vent. Add walnuts. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Sprinkle top with kosher salt. Pour into greased x pan or another roaster. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes or until set. cups elbow macaroni cups hot water cup butter ¼ cup chopped onion tsp. creole or all purpose seasoning 1 tsp. mustard cup flour 1¼ cup milk oz. processed American cheese, cubed cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (grated) 1 can ( oz.) prepared chocolate fudge icing 1 bag ( oz.) milk chocolate toffee bits 1 bag (9-1 oz.) dark chocolate chips 1 cup walnut pieces Kosher salt Easy Desserts Cherry Crunch Cobbler 5 minutes Additional recipes available for purchase Remove grate. Place pie filling on bottom of roaster. Mix in salt, sugar and lemon juice with the pie filling and place on bottom of roaster. Cover with box of cake mix. Sprinkle nuts on top.
