3 Instructions for BAFO pricing sheet Instructions to complete the pricing sheets a) Introduction These pricing sheets for BAFO are refined versions of the initial pricing sheets used in the tender documentation and the revised pricing sheets used to provide feedback on your pricing. We have developed these refined templates through detailed internal discussions, crossbidder benchmarking on transparency and to our statutory obligations under Danish legislation The pricing sheets for BAFO are password protected and all cells that do not require input are 'locked'. The Tenderer shall therefore only complete the coloured cells in the document (please see section c) for colour code) The pricing sheets for BAFO include only minor adjustments compared to the earlier draft versions provided to the Tenderers by Banedanmark b) Changes i) to the Draft pricing sheets for BAFO The total expected number of points for each of the rollout phases/lines have been updated. Please refer to the Description in For your convenience and easier navigation we have unmerged all combined cells. In addition, we have unlocked all cells in the column for. This enables the Tenderer to 'copy + paste' the unit prices between the work sheets and therefore ensure equal unit prices across all rollout phases/lines It is also possible to 'copy + paste' blue coloured cells that contain text such element descriptions, notes etc. Banedanmark recommends that Tenderers first complete all elements, specifications and unit prices on one rollout phase/line work sheet, then replicate all elements, specifications and unit prices to all other rollout phases/lines and finally update the for each of the rollout phases/lines ii) to the revised pricing sheets Banedanmark has fixed the quantities for all Warning Signals, Half barriers kit, Full barriers kit, Passenger Crossing Equipment and Staff Crossing Equipment for both Installation and Decommissioning in each of the rollout phases/lines. This ensures that all Tenderers get evaluated on the same basis of information In addition, the quantity for Handheld Terminals are fixed to 200 for the whole Delivery phase and shall be priced in the Early Deployment phase only ('FIED ED'). However, the Supplier shall not deploy all 200 Handheld Terminals in the Early Deployment phase, neither will Banedanmark pay for all 200 Handheld Terminals in the Early Deployment phase. Date and Number of Handheld Terminals to be deployed by the Supplier and date of payment for Banedanmark shall be subject to further clarification c) General The Pricing Schedules for the Delivery consist of the summary of cost sheet (matrix of partial Deliveries (lines) and Subsystem/work items) one worksheet for each of the Delivery lines/rollout phases in the East lot The Tenderer shall respect the structure of each worksheet and complete only the coloured cells Blue : Only text shall be entered in these cells. Where possible, we have included examples in italics for your convenience. Green : Only numbers shall be entered in these cells Orange : Fixed (volume) numbers provided by Banedanmark Yellow : Formulas that automatically calculate the outcome out of the "Green" and/or "Orange" cells The Tenderer shall ensure that the entire scope of Delivery is covered by the Pricing Schedules. The Tenderer shall identify potential missing subsystems, cost elements and work packages and include them in "Other" cost. All "Other" cost shall be explained in the "" by the Tenderer d) Summary of Costs worksheet Only the prices stated in the Summary sheet are binding. Volumes and prices stated in the "Line / Rollout phase worksheets" are required to understand the cost built up of your, allow us to provide sufficient transparency under Danish legislation and allow a likeforlike comparison between the bids Please note that the costumer can, at any time, require the Tenderer to detail the worksheet into further elements for management of Life Cycle Costing (LCC) or investigation The Tenderer shall complete the totals for each subsection per rollout phase/line (cells highlighted in Green) as stated in each Line / Rollout phase worksheet. totals (cells highlighted in Yellow) are calculated automatically e) Worksheet per Rollout phase/line All cost data shall be coherent, traceable, plausible and free of contradictions. Price level is January All prices shall be in Danish Kroner including custom duties and other indirect taxes, except for value added tax (VAT) Please complete the requested information for the East lot There are 18 work tabs to be completed (excluding the summary sheet(s)). Each work tab reflects one Line/Rollout phase All (cost) data shall be completed following the colour code provided (see above) There are several columns outlined as follows: Element: please insert the specific cost element and use a different element for line items with a different specification and price Specifications: please insert additional details of the cost elements, including manufacturer, brand name, model etc. : please insert the number of units (#), hours or metres of the cost element as requested. If your solution does not require a certain cost element, please enter 0 in the cell and indicate this in the description Price per unit : please insert the unit price per cost element. Unit prices should be expressed in Danish kroner, including øre (cents) : the total price for the cost element is calculated automatically by multiplying the quantity and unit price. It is not possible to enter a lump sum total price. Please note that the total price will be rounded automatically to the nearest kroner Description: we have provided a description of the components you should include in the unit prices. If the description is not clear, please refer to section 3.1 of the tender document for guidance : please indicate where we will be able to find supporting documentation for the elements and corresponding quantities stated in your : please provide additional descriptions in the notes column where you feel this will help us understand how you have determined quantities and unit prices. Please be concise but complete in your response SP _Appendix_12_Att_1 Attachment 1 Instructions Page 3 of 76
