1 Sam s Club Click n Pull Alcohol Disclaimers Sam s Club Stores (the Company ) does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using samsclub.com (the Site ), including use of Click n Pull (the Service ), to order alcoholic beverages for purchase, you are acknowledging that you are over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from the Company is intended for your personal consumption and not for resale. Any person attempting to pick up a Click n Pull order that includes alcoholic beverages from a Sam s Club store must provide proof they are over 21 years of age before payment. Proof of age includes a drivers license, passport, and other government issued identification or in some cases recognized tribal identification cards that we accept and includes your date of birth. Click n Pull orders that include alcoholic beverages will not, under any circumstances, be delivered to (1) persons under the age of 21 or (2) persons who are visibly intoxicated. According to the surgeon general, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems. You are solely responsible for the purchase of any alcohol from Sam s Club, including compliance with the law of your local jurisdiction. The unlawful purchase of alcohol either for yourself or for others may subject you to criminal penalties including significant fines, suspension of your driver's license, community service and/or jail. For the following states, alcoholic beverages are not available for retail sales as indicated. (The following list is not exhaustive. Please call the Sam s Club store where you intend to pick up your Click n Pull order to confirm store policy.) Contact Colorado SAM'S liquor store- May sell from 8 am to midnight Monday through Saturday. No sales on Sunday. Wal-Mart- may sell 3.2% alcohol from 5 am to midnight Connecticut May sell from 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday. No sales on Sunday. Contact your city or county clerk for local No sales on election days until the polls have closed at 8:00 p.m. Local laws may allow sales on election day. No sales on Christmas Day. No sales by liquor stores on Christmas Day. 3.2% alcohol may be sold on Christmas Day. No sales on Decoration Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, or Christmas Day. If Independence, Christmas or New Year's Day occurs on a Sunday, no sales are allowed on Monday following the holiday. If Independence Day falls on a Saturday then sales are prohibited that day.
