Large capacity drives (tested with up to 1TB) can be used to greatly enhance your computer's storage/backup capabilities. The perfect solution for users who are on the road and need a simple way to create their own portable wireless LAN (WLAN), the WiFi enclosure enables you to turn a hardwired Internet connection into a wireless access point for networking laptops or netbooks or Personal Electronic Devices such as ipad tablets, iphone, Android smartphones or devices. 2 In Access Point Mode, the S2510U2WUKEU will act as a Wireless Access Point (WAP), enabling computers/smartphones/tablets to connect to it wirelessly. All connected clients will be able to access the data and resources on the S2510U2WUKEU. If the S2510U2WUKEU is connected directly to an Internet-enabled router/switch/broadband modem, all connected clients will have Internet access as well. How it works - Client Mode:

3 In Client Mode, the S2510U2WUKEU will act as a wireless adapter for a host computer through a standard Ethernet port. This enables you to wirelessly connect to an existing Wireless Access Point (WAP), while having access to the data and resources on the S2510U2WUKEU.
