2 LUXURY SELF-CATERING COTTAGES AT WISTERIA Wisteria is a traditional Guernsey farmhouse, built around 1600, and is known throughout the island for its floral frontage! It is steeped in history and has retained many of its original features through the centuries. We are situated in the quaint hamlet of Kings Mills, a few minutes inland from the beautiful and safe Vazon Bay. A quiet walk through one of the island s green lanes takes you to the beach via La Grande Mare Golf Course, which offers our guests the opportunity to play for a small green fee. You will traverse natural marshland with many resident birds and we especially welcome members of the RSPB and RHS. Our cottages are ideal for guests who prefer a quiet, relaxing holiday away from the nightlife. There are miles of delightful walks both inland and along the cliffs, which are particularly pretty in May and June. In addition special green bike routes have been established to encourage cyclists.

3 We offer 6 deluxe cottages in the grounds of our beautiful home, with panoramic views of Vazon and the West across the coastal wetlands. They provide everything you could desire for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Guests have been staying with us annually since 1987, when we first started self-catering in Guernsey, a recommendation in itself! The cottages have been designed to provide our guests with comfortable accommodation in a traditional style fitting a property of this age and we are sure they will delight you. Polished wooden floors, beamed ceilings and white-washed walls give these holiday homes wonderful character, freshness and warmth. exätå tçw âçã Çw Ç àütçöâ Ä áâüüéâçw Çzá The rooms are furnished in pine (some antique) and we take great care to ensure that all furnishings and utensils are of a high standard. Unlike many self-catering cottages, we do not cut corners by providing only basic equipment, but include dishwasher, microwave, colour television, video, CD or DVD player, radio and hairdryer, as well as cool boxes and vacuum flasks for picnics. Central heating is included in the tariff in all cottages during low season.

4 La Grange, a two bed-roomed unit to the south of the property, has been uniquely created in the original first floor granary. Reached by granite steps, the entrance leads into a light and airy vaulted living area with a separate kitchen. A large twin-bedded room and bathroom lead from there, and a spacious second bedroom, with double bed, is located on the gallery above. Below La Grange is Le Cachot comprising a double bedroom with en-suite shower, and a large open plan living area. Le Fauconner and Le Colombier are adjacent to each other near the pool. Sympathetically developed from the original stable block to create two totally separate units, each has two en-suite bedrooms downstairs (double bed with shower, twin with bath) opening from a vaulted entrance hall. An open staircase leads to the first floor living area, occupying the length of the roof space, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable sofas of the living room.
