1 GRAHAM FOWLER Graham Fowler was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia in He studied painting, drawing and art history at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in He continued to study painting, as well as aesthetic and contemporary art theory at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec receiving his Master of Fine Arts in In 1982 Fowler was awarded a Diploma in Education from McGill University in Montreal. He has taught art at Concordia University in Montreal, Keyano College in Fort McMurray, Alberta and is currently a Professor in the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Saskatchewan.
