At the start of the Wilhelminapier, opposite the New Luxor Theater, is the underground railway station Wilhelminaplein which can be reached directly from Rotterdam Central Station or the Ahoy venue. 8 5 lp2 ERASMUS BRIDGE Originally designed as a maintenance hall for Holland America Line by the renowned architects Van den Broek en Bakema, the Las Palmas building has housed many cultural pioneers since it became vacant in the nineteen eighties. After an extensive renovation in 2006 Las Palmas currently is a cultural warehouse inhabited by Nederlands Fotomuseum, SKVR BeeldFabriek and of course LP2. Located in one of Rotterdam s most dynamic and urban areas surrounded by cultural hotspots and symbols of historic glory such as Hotel New York and Cruise Terminal Rotterdam. LP2 strives to literally and figuratively offer space for the development of creative and innovative ideas, events and projects. LP2 is an industrial multifunctional venue counting m2, which can be used as a whole but can also easily be divided into separate break out rooms.
