1 Hotel Information This information shall assist you in finding accommodation for the time of your stay in Berlin. We have reserved a number of rooms in different hotels, all within close distance to the, either via public transport or in walking distance. Please choose a hotel according to your personal preferences, and contact the hotel directly for a binding reservation under your name within the Berlin Conference contingent. Deadlines for reservations are indicated for each hotel. If we did not agree on alternative arrangements, all accommodation expenses are in the responsibility of conference participants. Hotel Morgenland Finckensteinallee D Berlin, Germany Tel Fax morgenland@ejf.de Homepage: The very picturesque hotel Morgenland in located in the same district as the Free University, in Berlin-Zehlendorf, a very quiet living area of Berlin, accompanied by a large garden. The conference venue is about min away by bus. 10 single/double rooms Until 30 th of October ,- EUR (single) 92,- EUR (double room) Breakfast is included generally offer shower and WC, TV, Phone, fax and PC connection, except for the less expensive single rooms (45,- EUR) with a a shower/wc on the same floor. By bus and rail: From station Friedrichstraße with city train S1 (direction Wannsee ) until Lichterfelde West. From there either walk about 15 min or take the bus No. 111 in direction of U Alt Mariendorf for three stops until Karwendelstrasse. From there it takes about a max of 5 min to the hotel. From the hotel you can walk to the bus stop Karwendelstrasse of the bus No Take the bus in direction of Dahlem, Am Waldfriedhof for six stops until Hittorfstrassse or eight stops until FU/Henry-Ford-Bau (depending on exact location of the conference segments, see upcoming or website).
