Deposits an invisible coating that resists resoiling, smearing and fingerprints while effectively freshening the surrounding environment. Shake to mix. Spray on surface to be cleaned. 2 Floor Conditioner and Neutralizer Removes alkaline stripper residue from floors before recoating. Effectively dissolves ice-melt salt compounds, lime deposits and hard water stains from floors, glass, tile, and metals. Excellent for rinsing floor pads and mop heads to neutralize excess alkalinity and odors. Floor Neutralizing: Add one ChemPack to twothree gallons of water. Mix well. Mop a generous solution onto floor. Follow at least one clear water solution to remove neutralized residue. Removal of ice-melt compound, lime deposits and hard water stains: Add one ChemPack to two gallons of water. Mix well. Mop a generous solution onto floor. Pickup mop or wet vacuum. 3 Neutral Floor Cleaner A concentrated deodorizing floor cleaner specially formulated to be used as part of a daily maintenance program for high-gloss floors. Thoroughly cleans dirt out dulling, hazing or marring the original finish. No rinsing is required. Daily Cleaning: Add one ChemPac to gallons of water or two ChemPacs to 3-5 gallons of water. Mix well. Apply solution to surface mop or scrubbing machine. Pickup dirty solution a squeegee and pickup pan, vacuum or mop. Rinsing is not necessary. This product, when used as directed, is formulated to clean and deodorize floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic tile, plastic surfaces, bathrooms, shower stalls, bathtubs, and cabinets. This product deodorizes those areas which generally are hard to keep fresh smelling, such as garbage storage areas, empty garbage bins and cans, toilet bowls, and other areas which are prone to odors. This product is formulated to a neutral ph and will not dull high-gloss floor finishes repeated use. This product is a water-soluble packet. Follow label dilution instructions by dropping packet directly into water. Do not remove packets before use. Store in cool dry place. Do not handle packets wet hands. GENERAL CLEANING & DEODORIZATION Apply product to soiled area a mop, cloth, sponge, or hand pump trigger sprayer. Product must be diluted as indicated in the Mixing Instructions section. Thoroughly wet soiled surface and scrub as necessary. Rinse surface potable water and wipe dry a dry paper towel or lint-free cloth. DISINFECTION - To disinfect inanimate, hard, non-porous surfaces use the appropriate size premeasured packet. Apply solution a mop, cloth, sponge, or hand pump trigger sprayer so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid. For heavily soiled areas, a pre-cleaning step is required. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. TO Clean & Deodorize Toilet BOWLS: Remove gross filth or soils from surfaces bowl brush prior to disinfection. Remove or expel over the inner trap the residual bowl water. Make a dilute solution by dissolving one small packet ( ounce) in one quart of water. or one large packet (0.794 ounce) in two gallons of water. Apply use solution a mop, cloth, sponge, or hand pump trigger sprayer, so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid. Brush or swab the bowl completely, using a scrub brush or toilet mop, making sure to get under the rim. Let stand for 10 minutes and flush. To Clean And Deodorize Restaurant Food Contact Surfaces: countertops, appliances, tables, add the appropriate size premeasured packet as indicated in the Mixing Instructions section. Apply solution a cloth, sponge, or hand pump trigger sprayer so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow the surface to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid and rinse the surface potable water. This product cannot be used to clean the following food contact surfaces: utensils, glassware and dishes. Store in a cool, dry place. keep out of reach of children danger Corrosive.
