3 For a few years now, RHCN has experienced a lightning growth, similar to the one of field hockey in Belgium. It tries its best to put in place an important development programme, be it in the field of sport infrastructures, hockey school for young and old, internal management or marketing. In parallel to this development, RHCN is also doing all in its power to strengthen and promote its own values: conviviality, respect, transcending one s own capabilities, selffulfilment and team spirit. 3

4 In terms of indoor hockey, RHCN is turning into one of the key clubs in Belgium and, step by step, exercises a major influence in the discipline. Indoor hockey is truly a tradition for the club. 4

5 A few figures about RHCN : more than 750 members ; more than 50 teams; finalist of the indoor competition in 2010 and 2013 ; Belgian champion of the indoor competition in 2014 ; men s first eleven in Honour League in (outdoor) ; 5

6 Remaining faithful to its traditions, RHCN is also a real specialist in event organisation, both sports and festive events. Apart from its well-known tournaments for young people and adults that gather hundreds of people every year (also called «the 24 hours» in Namur), RHCN proved many times its know-how in the organisation of high profile events: for its centenary, the club installed a real small field in the heart of the city of Namur for 3 days; the indoor finals 2014 took place in Namur, gathering more than 1400 visitors during the day, a live broadcast was followed by more than 2500 people, sound and lights, a well-organised social event, etc. 6

7 The Royal Hockey Club Namurois is located in the centre of Belgium, at the intersection of the main highways that cross the country (E411 and E42). 7

With its historical citadel overlooking, the city of Namur provides a lot of touristic attractions and has all the necessary tools to welcome Europe: hotel facilities, fluvial roads and confluence, historical centre, theatres and museums 8

15 Transportation: In order to ensure the journeys between the sports centre and the hotel, a shuttle service will be organised for each team. Shuttle will also be provided for officials. Various solutions: 1 coach 50 places Peugeot: 7 Voyagers with 8 places + Peugeot Partners for luggage 4 places vehicles 15

16 On media level, a dedicated website will be created and will gather the main info on the tournament: teams, planning, ticketing, access, etc. Spaces will of course be available for the European Federation sponsors. A live broadcast on Internet of all matches will also be provided via a professional partner (2 to 3 cameras). Press conferences can be organised on the tournament site. RHCN and the organising team benefit already now from a real support of local and national medias: print media, radio and television. 16
