With over 10,000 people attending the event in 2014 we are very excited about next summer. We will be running a number of tournaments in the following sports- Rugby, Netball and Lacrosse. We require you to provide us with addresses of all team members so that we can provide essential information regarding playing insurance, if we do not have contact addresses we cannot allow the team to enter Summer Social We also require the current the level of sport your team play at, below could you state what league you would associate your team to- Directions- Richmond Athletic Ground VENUE -The Athletic Ground Richmond, TW9 2SS Train Services Richmond Station (both Tube and surface) is about 200 metres from Richmond Athletic Ground. Services are very regular. Check for journey times (c25mins from London Victoria and c10mins from Clapham Junction). Nearest Tube/Overland Train: Richmond Car Parking is limited at the ground and is on a first come first serve basis.

4 Insurance Rugby 7s If you are a RFU affiliated rugby team you will automatically be covered to play at the Summer Social London through your club s insurance. All non-affiliated teams are now covered, as they are pre-approved by the RFU to be covered by the RFU s Accidental Death and Permanent Total Disability Insurance, provided the match or tournament is played in accordance with the RFU Rules and Regulations and the IRB Laws of the Game. Netball First Aid provision is available throughout the weekend and can be accessed by contacting the tournament Lacrosse Volleyball Dodgeball
