3 Quick read out code Quick read out code, you can use to quickly find the reason and solve a problem with your washing machine. You do following: First check that washer is installed correctly as described in user manual and that door is closed correctly. Afterwards you turn the program selector to one of the program positions. Then you push the start/pause knob and the knob on left at the same time and hold. (see below) Go to next page.code guidance are showed on the last pages

4 Quick read out code Now a code will be showed in display. (please look at below examples). The code showed will start with the letter E and some numbers next to the E. This code you write down on a piece of paper and a afterwards you go to next step : Delete code (See next page) Code guidance are showed on the last pages

5 Delete code Do following: Make sure that drum is empty and without clothes. If not, please drain and remove clothes from drum! 1) Check that door is closed correct and program selector is in position OFF. 2)Push Start/Pause and knob to the left at the same time and hold them. With the other hand you turn the selector one step clockwise to position 1 after a few seconds the display and control lamps will flash.(2-3 sec) 3) Stop pushing the knops and turn the selector 9 steps clockwise to position 10. Now code will be showed starting with letter E. 4)Now push the two knops at the same time as showed below and hold them,witch knops to push depend of the washer panel type (Look page 2) When code is deleted display will show E00. 5) When code is deleted you turn the selector to position OFF. 6)Now turn the selector one step clockwise and next back to position OFF. Turn off the washer from power supply and follow the guidance that is related to the code you wrote down. Please check if washer is installed as shown in user manual and read the guidance regarding trouble shooting in user manual too. Be sure that washer is connected to ground in power supply Check as described in E10-19 and E20-29 E10-19: 1) Product does take in water or water inlet is too slow. Check other water tap to be sure that water suply is normal and check if drain hose is in right position as shown in user manual. 2) Demount the inlethose and open the water tap to check water pressure. A 10 l. bucket should get filled in about 1 min. Clean filter in inlet hose by the tap and if there is a filter in water valve where the inlet hose is mounted on washer, should this filter bee cleaned too. 3) Please check user manual regarding trouble shooting. 7 E20-29: Problem with draining or drain system : 1) Drain hose too deap in drain. Drain hose must be maximum 10 cm. in drain. Position of drain hose is makimum 90 cm and minimum 60 cm over the buttom of the washer or as showed in user manual. 2) By using too mutch soap or using soap that create mutch foam the water leveling sytem in washer can be blocked by foam. This can be solved by turning off the washer and move the drum back and forward by hand 5-6 times. Then check drain and clean drain filter.then run a 95 C boiling wash without soap. 3) Drain pump is blocked. Clean filter and pump, (when impeller is visible after removing darin filter- then turn impeller with a pencil to be sure that it is not blocked. Then run a 95 C boiling wash without soap. 4) Check drain external from washer 5) If nothing at the above issues helps then turn of the washer fo minutes and then start washer again If guidance did not help to solve the problem with washer the go to page with Quick read out code and do it again and check code guidance one more time. 8 E40-49: Check if door is closed properly or child lock is activated. Turn the selector to position OFF and then start a wash program again. Check if washer is connected to ground in power supply, if notmake sure that the product is connected to ground. 10 EFO or EF3: Check if mutch foam is created caused by using too mutch soap. EFO-EF3 error :In most common reasons: 1. Soap drawer has not been cleaned (please look at user manual guidance) 2. Clothes has been bellow and door glass after loading washer and door closed. This will cause leakage from door gasket and water will run down the front plateand in the washer on top of the lower panel. Disconnect the washer from power suply and put a towel behind the washer. Afterwards tilt the washerso there is cm between floor and lower panel and hold for sec. Then put the washer on floor again and connect to power suply. 3. Check is water suply and drain is ok. Clean filter in inlethose by water tap and filter in water inlet valve where the hose is mounted on washer. Then start a wash program and check is then ok.
