4 Animal plans Orange has five packages that make choosing a phone plan simple: Canary Racoon, Dolphin, Panther and Camel. Each package has been designed around the lifestyles our customers lead, and how they use their phones, providing a simple starting point for choosing the correct plan. When you take an 18 month (or longer) contract we ll give you a Magic Number. Simply pick an Orange number and enjoy free calls as part of your plan. Add another number every 6 months for as long as you stay on an eligible package. The talk plan allowances and prices detailed here are our standard high street talk plans. Special deals and rates can be found online at shop. orange.co.uk/shop/index Canary you love keeping in touch and stick to what you know talk and text. Panther you want it all a plan packed with inclusive multimedia, text and minutes and a great range of handsets. Racoon you need your phone to keep in touch. Camel you get inclusive international calls to friends & family abroad. Dolphin you love keeping in touch, anyway you want whether that s by text, , facebook or maybe even calling. The terms for all our animal plans and for our iphone plans: Subject to any minimum term contract stated. Monthly price subject to payment by direct debit and non-itemised billing. All services are for use in the UK only, unless otherwise stated and subject to coverage and allowances as set out in your plan. If you choose a SIM only plan, your phone may need to be unlocked by your old network, who may charge you. Unused benefits will not roll over. Inclusive minutes for all plans: calls to UK landlines (beginning 01, 02, 03), UK mobile networks whilst in the UK. Inclusive texts: person to person texts in the UK. Text message delivery notifications not included. Calls to call forwarding services (including those beginning 07), 05, 08 and 09 numbers are excluded from bundle. For customers who join or who upgrade on our pay monthly animal plans or the 6 month iphone SIM Only plan calls to 0800 and 0808 will cost 20p/min, and calls to 0845 and 0870 will cost 40p/min. For other pay monthly customers calls to 0800 and 0808 cost 7.4p/min, and calls to 0845 and 0870 cost 12.4p/min. Other 08 numbers cost up to 76.6p/min. 070 numbers cost up to 76.6p/min. 09 numbers cost up to 2/min. Once your allowance is used up, all calls are rounded to the nearest minute on Animal, SIMO plans and iphone 6 month SIMO plan, and the nearest second on iphone plans and iphone 30 day SIMO. Calls to UK landlines and UK mobile networks are charged at 35p per minute and 35p to answerphone on Animal plans and 35p per minute on iphone 6 month SIMO (answerphone is free in the UK on iphone plan) and 25p per minute and 25p to answerphone on SIMO plans and 25p per minute on iphone plans and iphone 30 day SIMO (answerphone is free in the UK on iphone plans). Texts are 12p each. Inclusive international calls: are calls made from your mobile to mobiles and landlines in the countries listed at orange.co.uk/paymcamel Fair usage policies: inclusive benefits are subject to Orange fair usage policies which vary from time to time: Unlimited talk, texts and landlines 3,000 texts or minutes per month; Unlimited 500 MB per month; and s 3 hours per per day. Usage above these amounts will constitute abuse and Orange may monitor usage and withdraw the benefit from your account. This is subject to a daily fair usage allowance of 25MB, and a monthly download limit of 500MB. 25MB provides enough data for normal levels of usage and browsing. However, for customers who are planning to download and stream data we would recommend that you take up one of our 500MB or 1GB data bundles. Please note, should you regularly exceed the 25MB daily fair usage allowance and as a result, you reach your 500MB limit before the end of the monthly period, network protection controls may be applied to your service. This may result in a reduced speed of transmission. Tethering for pay monthly animal customers: A daily flat rate of 1.00 per day applies for out of bundle use. If you re on a plan that includes mobile internet and tethering, you ll pay 1 a day if you use tethering and 1 a day if you use mobile internet for out of bundle use. This is subject to a daily fair usage allowance of 500MB tethering. Please note, should you reach your 500MB limit before the end of the monthly period, network protection controls may be applied to your service. This may result in a reduced speed of transmission and/or disconnection. iphone tethering bundles available on iphone plans only. Inclusive Photo Messages: 50 photo messages per month to UK mobiles only. Inclusive WiFi: Inclusive WiFi on compatible phones or tablets gives you WiFi use each month at BT Openzone hotspots in the UK (to find a hotspot, check out btopenzone.co.uk). If you go over your plan s fair use policy amount, we may monitor usage and restrict your data connection and/or data consumption and/or require you to move to a service plan or bundle more appropriate to your use and/or disconnect you. As Orange isn t the provider of the WiFi service, we aren t responsible for whether there is WiFi available where you want it, or for the quality of that service. We might swap your WiFi service to another provider in future, provided that you get the same experience. Remember that BT s terms, including those about acceptable use, will also apply to you when you use BT Openzone. You can see these here: Orange Maps: compatible devices and use in UK only. Orange may provide another service of similar value in substitution at any time. Other terms apply see orange.co.uk/orangemaps Inclusive swapables: Swapables are multimedia products and subject to the terms on page 18 below. Panther 24 month plans costing less than a month and Panther 18 month plans costing less than 26 a month can choose one swapable at a time, all other Panther customers can choose two. You can change each swapable in Orange World once every 30 days. We might change the range of swapables available for you to pick from in future. Upgrading swapables: You may be able to upgrade an existing swapable on your account for an additional charge. If you change a swapable, we ll remove the upgrade at the same time. First month free: applies to multi-media products, where we say so, and where a product is taken for the first time. Your First Month Free will last for 30 days and then automatically roll to a monthly charge unless you tell us to stop it by following the procedure set out in the product or by calling 150 from your Orange phone before the end of the 30 day free period. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time in the same way. iphone 75 plan: 100 Roaming minutes are to make or receive calls when you are in Ireland, the Channel Islands and Orange Roaming Zone Europe 1. Your calls are to the same countries. You also have 20MB of data to use in the same countries. You also get free itemised billing. Connected ipad and iphone plan: Answer Phone is free. Once you have used up your 2GB monthly allowance for use on both devices, charges will then apply to data used separately on your ipad and on your iphone. 17 data services Mobile Internet Using a phone that supports GPRS or 3G, you can have an always on connection to services via the Mobile Internet to visit sites including Google, Yahoo!, ebay and Amazon or send and receive your personal including Yahoo! Mail and many others. This will apply automatically to new customers from 31 March 2010 for out of bundle data usage. Upgrading customers moving to a new talk plan will also get the new 61.3p per day flat rate automatically from April Existing customers will receive a SMS notifying them of when the new daily flat rate will apply to them. If you re on another plan you can bring your BlackBerry to life for only 5.10 a month. 19 using your phone abroad: set up and costs Using your phone abroad is as simple as using it at home. 24 hours before you travel, call 150 to enable international calling. To set up your Answer Phone PIN call 123 from your Orange phone (this will enable you to retrieve messages from your Answer Phone whilst abroad). If you need to know how much a call is going to be whilst you re away, you can text FROM [COUNTRY] to 159 and we ll let you know the cost. 24 early termination charge price guide information If you wish to terminate your contract early you are required to pay the remaining monthly line rental charges to cover your minimum contract period. However, you could be eligible for a discount, as explained below. Orange pays money to other networks when you make calls and send texts and receives money when you receive calls and texts. So if Orange usually pays more than it receives, we ll make a saving if you terminate your contract early. Orange has looked at the average calls and texts made and received on a range of tariffs and calculated whether on average we will save money if you terminate early and if so, how much. That average saving is the discount which you will receive.
