5 Internal Assesments, Extended Essay and CAS during DP1 2014/2015 Deadlines for Pamoja s online Language B courses are not listed below Continously - Environmental Systems and Societies: Practical work takes place throughout the Environmental Systems and Societies course, to allow internal assessment of Planning, Data Collection & Processing, and Discussion, Evaluation and Conclusion. These three criteria are each assessed at least twice. Personal skills is assessed summatively, once only, at the end of the course. September English A Language and Literature, FOA in groups and paper one October CAS Reflections December CAS, Reflections and 30 hours documented in CAS forms Visual Arts, Group Critique - presentation of five finished art works English A Language and Literature, FOA1 and First Draft Written Task 1

14 Advancement from DP1 to DP2 Total DP1 achievement levels in June: 24 points or more. (grade 4 needs to be average) Total achievement levels in three HL subjects: 12 points or more and not below 3 in any HL subject. (grade 3 in one HL subject can be compensated with 5 in another) CAS requirements are up to date. TOK requirements are up to date. A rough draft of the EE has been approved by the supervisor. All requested material for Internal Assessments have been approved. If the above subject requirements are not met before school starts in August, the student has not sufficient knowledge to start in DP2. Support is always offered
