2 Function Rooms The Stan Robinson Suite (Formerly The Boro Suite) A large function room at the front of the Social Club. Capacity of this room is 120 people for an event. The Boro Suite has its own bar and stage. There is also a large screen connected to a projector, that is available for use in this room. The room has fixed seating on either side of the room, with windows looking out onto the front of the Social Club. There is an access door to The Boro Suite from the rear of the Suite, which is next to the Stage area. The Lotus Suite Our largest function room at the back of the Social Club with doors opening out pitch side. Capacity of this room is 180 people. The Lotus Suite also has its own bar and stage. This Lotus Suite has no fixed seating and therefore is totally flexible in terms of layout. The large wooden floor area also makes this room perfect for dancing events. The Legends Suite A small intimate room available for meetings or private dinners for up to 12 people. This room is set with a large table and comfy chairs. The Legends Suite also has a television in the room with SKY TV. Room Hires & Rentals Monday Thursday per hour The Boro Suite The Lotus Suite Friday Sunday Bar Extension available for per additional hour Prices are as at 1 st February 2012, and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

5 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1 Confirmation Written confirmation is required within 7 days of the original verbal booking with a best estimate of numbers. Client to confirm by return signed contract/booking form. Stafford Rangers reserves the right to cancel a booking if written confirmation is not received after 7 days. 2 Numbers Final numbers to be confirmed 7 days in advance and this will be the minimum number, which will be charged where food & beverage is required from Stafford Rangers. 3 Cancellation In the event of cancellation there will be a charge of: A, 3 months in advance 25% of the total anticipated charges B, 1 month in advance 50% of the total anticipated charges C, less than 1 month 75% of the total anticipated charges D, 7 days or less notice 100% of the total anticipated charged 4 Finishing Times Events must finish at the time agreed when booking and an extension of time may not be possible on the night. 5 Price Variation Stafford Rangers FC reserves the right to increase prices in the event of circumstances beyond control, e.g. increases in VAT. 6 Payment Deposits must be settled within the time stated on the individual contracts. If deposits are not received, and every effort has been made to give notice that deposits are due, the club reserves the right to cancel the booking. 7 Damage Clients are responsible to Stafford Rangers FC for any damage caused by the clients, their guests, agents or employees. 8 Equipment and Property Clients own equipment and property is bought in to the social club at Stafford Rangers at their own risk and the club accepts no liability for loss or damage 9 Force Majeure if Stafford Rangers FC is limited or hindered from hosting the event or providing any facility booked by the client due to circumstances beyond its control e.g. Government intervention, acts of God, civil disturbance, war, national or local disaster, strikes, labour disputes, then the liability of Stafford Rangers FC to the client shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Stafford Rangers in respect of the event. 10 Contract When a booking is confirmed in writing or with a deposit, a contract is deemed to exist. This contract shall be governed in all respects by English Law. It can only be modified by a supplementary written contact. Signed by Client Print Name Date
