1 PRESS RELEASE TVN S.A. 166 Wiertnicza St Warsaw, Poland tel fax Warsaw October 1 st, 2012 TVN UNRIVALED IN SEPTEMBER TVN s autumn lineup turned out to be the best programming offer in Polish television market which won the hearts of the audience. In September 2012 TVN s main programming offers were the leaders of their time slots and TVN was the most popular television channel in Poland within all most important groups. September 2012, saw the launch of our new format, MasterChef, which attracted up to 3.6 mln viewers, which accounted for 25.9% of the commercial target group (16-49) in addition to 20.3% in the 4+ category. The programme generated the highest viewing figures in its time slot, coming ahead of the Polsat show Must be the music amongst others. In September, the first episode of Lekarze was broadcast. The new drama series immediately attracted up to 3.1 mln of the Polish public to their television sets, which represented market share of 24.1% in the commercial target group (16-49) and 23.0% in the 4+ category. Lekarze was an unquestionable the leader of its time slot. September saw the launch of the 5 th series of our entertainment show Mam Talent!, attracting up to 4.3 viewers and recording market share up to 37.6% in the commercial target group. Mam Talent! attracted twice as large an audience competing programs on other competing channels recording average market share in the commercial target group (16-49) of 29.1% (TVP1 12,9%, TVP2 12,9%, Polsat 14,1%). Our main news bulletin Fakty recorded outstanding results. By attracting up to 4.4 mln viewers, with an average quarterly market share of 29.7%, Fakty outpaced its main competitor Wiadomości (28.6%). Kuchenne rewolucje also recorded excellent results, attracting almost 2.7 mln viewers. The program was the leader of its time slot with average market share of 23.8% in the commercial target group and 19.7% in the nationwide audience. Our other programs were also the most widely watched in their time slots. Perfekcyjna pani domu attracted up to 1.5 mln viewers with 20.0% market share in the commercial target group, our series Prawo Agaty attracted up to 2.8 mln viewers (22.2% market share), our daily show Dzień Dobry TVN attracted up to 1.3 mln viewers (19.9% market share) and Kuba Wojewódzki had 1.6 mln viewers and (24.2% market share). 1 / 5

2 Our programming offer available through tvn player is also very popular. In September more than 3.1 mln unique users generated 23 mln views of TVN Goup s programs and series. Two series enjoyed the most popularity: Julia, which had over 7 million screenings of 4 premiere episodes per week, and Lekarze, with over 2 million (1 premiering episode per week). On September 2012 TVN confirmed its leadership position and outplaced its competitors in all target groups. On September 2012 our TVN channel was unquestionable leader in its key target group the most demanding and attractive audience from an advertisers perspective. By reaching 22.5% audience share in peak time and 19.8% on an all day basis TVN outpaced its competitors. TVN s key target group (16-49, cities 100,000+) audience share: TVN 19.8% 21.0% 22.5% 24.2% Polsat 14.0% 13.0% 15.8% 14.2% TVP1 9.1% 10.1% 11.5% 11.6% TVP2 8.5% 8.5% 10.1% 9.9% In September 2012 the TVN channel had leadership position in the basic commercial target group, being the most widely watched television channel in Poland in peak time and on an all day basis. Despite a significantly lower technical coverage when compared to its main competitors (93.6% of households), TVN was the most widely watched television channel in Poland.
