4 Recognition & Points Opportunities for New Representatives A New Representative will earn 25 points in each of his / her first four campaigns when he / she has Award Sales of $100 or more. Example: Let s say a Representative started his/her Avon Business in C and had Award Sales as follows: CAMPAIGN YOUR AWARD SALES: YOU EARN: 25 Points In each of your first 4 Campaigns when your Award Sales are $100+ C10 $75 0 points C-11 $ points C-12 $95 0 points C-13 $ points 4

5 Recognition & Points Opportunities for Contenders* Contenders* will earn points in each campaign in which they meet specific sales thresholds. Example: for 5 campaigns for a Contender 100 Points In each Campaign when your Award Sales are $400+ CAMPAIGN YOUR AWARD SALES: C10 $350 0 points C-11 $ points YOU EARN: C-12 $ points C-13 $150 0 points C-14 $ points 5 *A Contender is a Representative that has not yet reached President s Club or above. Qualifying New Representatives can earn Contender points in addition to their New Representative points.

6 Recognition & Points Opportunities for President s Club and Above Representatives Representatives who are President s Club or higher can earn 25 Points per Campaign for every $100 sales increase over his/her prior year s performance *. For Example: A PC Representative achieves Award Sales as follows: CAMPAIGN 2015 AWARD SALES BASE FOR CALCULATING SALES INCREASE 2016 AWARD SALES YOU EARN: C-3 $225 $225 $ points C4 $90 $90 $ points C-5 $0 $400 * $305 0 points C-7 $0 $400 * $ points C-8 $325 $325 $ points * If the Representative has no prior year base, his / her base will be the minimum sales requirement for his / her Achievement Level (PC $400; HS $800; RC $1,400; DHM $2,500; CO $4,200; IC $8,500 ) 6

7 Recognition & Points Opportunities for President s Club and Above Representatives will receive points when they hit a Sales Achievement Level for the first time in the 2016 cycle*. WHEN YOU ACHIEVE YOU EARN President s Club Honor Society Rose Circle David H. McConnell Club President s Council President s Inner Circle 400 points** 800 points 1,600 points 5,000 points 10,000 points 15,000 points 7 *The Award Sales clock is reset to zero at the start of a new PRP cycle for all Representatives. **At President s Club, the 400 points earned can be redeemed at Rewards HQ for a 2016 Mrs. Albee or to use toward other items available on Rewards HQ the choice is yours.

Each 1 st Generation Qualified New Recruit* who meets their cumulative $100 sales goal = 50 points Each 1 st Generation Qualified New Star Promoter you develop = 100 points *A Qualified New Recruit is a new Representative with cumulative sales of $100 or more within the first 30 days of his/her date of Appointment as it appears on the Avon Contract and, pays for these sales on-time. These sales can come from the Representative's first youravon.com order, AVON estore orders or Avon Sales Center purchases.
