1 INVITATION The Atlantic Council of the United States, demoseuropa Centre for European Strategy and the City of Wrocław have a pleasure to invite you to participate in the Wrocław Global Forum October 6-8, 2010, Wrocław, Poland The Wrocław Global Forum aims at giving a new spirit to the transatlantic dialog by refocusing it on global challenges and reinforcing the voice of Central Europe as its key stakeholder. The Forum will take place in Wrocław, one of the most dynamic cities in the Central and Eastern European region. The first meeting of this annual platform (October 6-8, 2010) will bring together two hundred leading European, American and global policy-makers, business leaders and intellectuals for two days of brainstorming and networking. The title of this year s meeting is Strengthening the Transatlantic Dialog to Tackle Global Challenges. WGF will be an interactive event, stimulating open discussions on a wide array of topics ranging from geopolitics of energy and the future of economic growth to questions about leadership in an interdependent world and the future of NATO. There will be five plenary meetings, several break-out sessions and conversations with prominent guests Freedom Awards Ceremony will be held during the Gala Dinner on October 7, marking the 30th Anniversary of the founding of the Solidarity movement. Javier Solana, James Stavridis, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, and many others will be our special guests and speakers at Wrocław.
