5 Your team Corporate/ M&A Dr. Peter Schorling +49 (0) Dr. Peter Schorling specialises in advising on M&A transactions as well as on Joint Ventures and corporate reorganisations. Furthermore he has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital transactions. Before joining Olswang, Peter worked for more than seven years in the Corporate Group and the Real Estate Group of Freshfields in Berlin and Munich as well as for Merrill Lynch, Global Principal Investments, in London. Corporate/ M&A Dr. Josef Hofschroer +49 (0) Dr. Josef Hofschroer specialises in M&A transactions for national and international clients. He advises on Joint Ventures as well as capital market and regulatory banking issues. Josef has extensive experience in the fields of media, technology and telecommunications. He has extensive experience in advising clients on Private Equity investments, Venture Capital participations and Joint Ventures. Thomas' main area of expertise lies within the technology sector. He has a particular focus on the energy and renewable energy industry. In his area of expertise, he represents large national and international companies as well as medium-sized companies and aspiring start-ups. Prior to joining Olswang in 2013 Thomas worked in the Corporate Group of Mayer Brown in Berlin, Dusseldorf and Houston, Texas for seven years. In 2012, he obtained his LL.M. in International Business Law from Boston University. Within the technology sector Viola specialises in advising internet companies especially e-commerce, electronic payment and online media. She has extensive experience in advising on media and entertainment law, including production, license and distribution issues, as well as film and media finance. She also advises clients on regulatory issues, especially with regard to broadcasting law and data protection law. He provides extensive legal advice on finance and corporate transactions on all aspects of tax law, especially in the media and real estate sectors. In addition he has many years of experience in litigations on financing and tax issues. Georg represents national and international financial institutions, major media and entertainment companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds. Before he joined Olswang, Georg was a partner in the Tax Group at Linklaters for more than 15 years. Employment Dr. Manteo Eisenlohr +49 (0) manteo.eisenlohr@olswang.com Dr. Manteo Eisenlohr represents and provides advice to companies in wide range of sectors, in particular technology (mainly internet based enterprises) and renewable energy, and advises on all fields of labour and employment law, as well as related fields of social law, employee invention law and competition law. Manteo has extensive experience in all areas of German and European individual and collective employment law. He primarily provides advice to multinational companies on matters of German labour and employment law arising in all types of commercial transactions, and on their entrepreneurial activities in Germany.
