3 Meliá Hotels International presents the mas amigos card for travel agents and meeting planners. Mas amigos is not just a reward for your loyalty to Meliá Hotels International, it's also a way for us to provide you with a more personalized service, better adapted to suit your needs.

5 Points earning Mas Amigos members can earn up to 200 Amigos points per room-night in participating hotels across 7 brands: Gran Meliá, Meliá, ME, Innside, Tryp, Sol and Paradisus; as well as reservations at partners like Air Europa and AVIS. 6 How to earn points Meliá Hotels International Individual bookings: - Through Meliá Hotels International central reservations, call GDSs: Amadeus SM, Galileo SM, Sabre ME and Worldspan SM, noting the mas amigos card number in the observations section as follows /SI-CA (no spaces between CA and the card number, and no zeros in front of the card number) - Internet, through logging on as a mas amigos member. Group bookings: - Through Sol Meliá Meetings & Events, contact grupos@solmelia.com, or groups booked directly to the hotel. Tour operator bookings: - Through mymasamigos.com, in the tab for reporting tour operator bookings. Air Europa To report flight bookings with Air Europa, the agent should log on to mas amigos online and visit the section on earning points in the Air Europa Section Register your bookings Avis You earn points for bookings made through: - Amadeus, using access code GGCARZICAAA and noting the 8 mas amigos card number central reservations, call 9digits in the /BA field on the booking (example: /BA-CA (no spaces between CA and the card number, and no zeros in front of the card number) - Through Avis

24 SECTION 3 B REPORTING TOUR OPERATOR BOOKINGS THROUGH Booking must be reported within 90 days of check out date in order to qualify for mas amigos points

25 Go to and select My points from MY ACCOUNT

41 SECTION 6 SHOPPING WITH CORPORATE REWARDS GIFT CERTIFICATE Once request for gift certificate is submitted as in Section 5, it will take between 7 10 business days for process Once request is approved, a 16-digit gift certificate code will be mailed to your address registered under your mas amigos account (please check the Spam folder if it is not in your Inbox Follow steps in the following pages to shop at over 300 retailers Enjoy shopping!
