6 ADVENTURES IN DINING The Punch Room is available Wednesday evening and Thursday evening for parties of less than 20 guests, for pre-dinner cocktails before dining in BLT Steak. MIXOLOGY CLASS Learn how to mix your own cocktails from an award-winning mixologist! This highly entertaining one day class provides the hands-on training to prepare and serve classic cocktails and modern themed creations. You ll learn great tips on bar setup, proper use of necessary equipment, how to shake and stir up your favorite and top drink recipes, and have more confidence when ordering drinks. THIS CLASS IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. NO CERTIFICATIONS ARE ISSUED.
7 EVENTS POLICY The Punch Room is available for private events and we have a dedicated team to ensure that you enjoy your experience, whether for business or pleasure. We strive to exceed your expectations and are committed to making your event a success. CAPACITY guests CONFIRMATION POLICY Guest count confirmation of event: 72 hours in advance. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation penalties are stated in the terms of the contract and agreed upon for the event. PARKING The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte provides valet parking for all vehicles. Self-parking is also available. There is a valet parking charge of $35.00 for each vehicle parked overnight and $18.00 for each vehicle parked for the day. This charge may be posted to individual accounts or to the Master Account. Complimentary parking is available for all Hybrid vehicles.
