5 Strawberry Kiwi Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: 1 ½ cup strawberries ½ banana 1 kiwi ¼ cup raw organic yogurt ¼ cup water Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth texture is reached. 5

6 Omega Blueberry Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: 1 1 cup blueberries ¼ cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon sprouted flax meal Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth texture is reached. 6

7 Strawberry Papaya Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: 2 ½ cup strawberries 1 cup sliced papaya 1 cup coconut kefir ½ cup water and ice Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high. 7

8 Chocolate Banana Nut Smoothie Recipe Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: 1 1 cup coconut milk ⅓ cup sprouted almond butter 1 banana, peeled 2 tablespoons cacao powder 2 cup ice cubes Stevia to taste Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately. 8

9 Reese s Protein Total Time: 5 minutes Serves: 1 1 cup almond milk 1 heaping tablespoon sprouted almond butter 1 tablespoon cacao powder ½ cup ice Stevia to taste Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high. 9

10 Peachy Super Kale Shake Recipe Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: 2 10 kale leaves 2 medjool dates 1 cup pineapple, frozen ½ cup strawberries, frozen 1 cup peaches, frozen 1 cup filtered water Blend everything until smooth. 10

11 Cilantro Ginger Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: 2 1 bunch cilantro 1 cucumber, cut into pieces 1 lime, juiced ½ finger length ginger 5 little pieces pineapple 1 large tomato cut into slices Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. 11

12 Superhuman Shake Recipe Total Time: 2 minutes Serves: oz. kefir or raw goats milk yogurt 3 tablespoons sprouted almond butter 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup ice Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well incorporated. Drink immediately. 12
