Ballomax - designed to last The BROEN twin valves are already today popular among our customers. This is thanks to the high focus on quality and user friendliness, furthermore BROEN is famous for not compromising on materials, production and insulation requirements to the valves. The new Ballomax twin valves offer a number of new and user friendly functionalities that make everyday life easier and safer. The compact design as well as the concept of the integrated service valve with many functionalities are some of the many new and innovative improvements. The tower is made with a stainless steel top. Provided with the recently developed service valves and the integrated bypass it offers unique access and increased safety; the main valves are clearly marked with forward and return flow. The integrated bypass provides new opportunities for bypassing across strings and the main valves rendering external functions for such purposes superfluous. All valves are operated from the top with a T-key enhancing both the work environment and safety. The top of the valve also contains a new concept to measure the alarm as the alarm wire is connected to the top through a stainless steel alarm outlet. The alarm outlet itself is provided with a mini jack plug that makes measuring simple. The alarm outlet is available on request. Furthermore, there is a measuring point at the top providing the opportunity to check and measure the media, this may contribute with additional information on the operational condition of the system. The standard valve is pre-insulated and available in series of 2 or 3. The recently designed strong cover helps insulate and protect the top of the valve and is provided with a QR code that ensures online access to additional technical information. Alarm wires for alarm surveillance are standard. The already space saving construction that makes installation very flexible is designed so compactly that all valves fit into a Ø600 well. The new range of products also provides the opportunity to get the twin valves without service valves and integrated bypass.

5 Ballomax - en verden af muligheder New concept for maintenance free service valves made as retainer valves. The body is made of stainless steel and the retainer of red brass. The valve is secured with a safety screw that must be removed before there is direct access to the media. Cover in PE plastic with sand-filled handle and ventilation ensuring that the cover stays in place if the well is flooded. The DN25 outlet on the top has external thread used for ventilation and emptying, furthermore it provides the opportunity to measure pressure and temperature. The measuring unit is available as a separate accessory. Distinct marking of forward and return flow in long-lasting plastic ensuring that the marking is clear during the entire life of the valve. Waterproof alarm outlet in acid resistant stainless steel with a jack plug to measure the alarm. The plug of the outlet is secured with an O-ring that provides optimum protection. New internal bypass providing the opportunity to bypass in a controllable manner and fill the different strings without external components. The top is made of stainless steel offering maximum protection. The valve has an outer mantle of PE-100 with an insulating layer of PUR foam according to EN 253. Up to DN50 the valves are as standard supplied without service valves and for larger dimensions they can be delivered without service valves upon request.
