10 Norwegian Requirements, TEK10 1. Energy measures A set of energy characteristics must be fulfilled. 2. Energy budgets / limit Total net energy demand shall not exceed the budgets. 3. Minimum requirements Requirements that must be fulfilled either 1. or 2. is used to fulfil the regulation. 4. Energy supply requirements Limitations regarding direct electric heating and fossil fuels.
