Registration Infromation Registering by phone with Visa or MasterCard is the most convenient and preferred way to secure your space on one of our trips, expeditions, or courses. For single-day programs, we require payment in full to reserve your space. For multi-day programs and courses, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot with the remaining balance due 14 days before the program start date. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 21 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 48-hours notice will receive no refund. Weather Cancellations Safety is our number one priority and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe weather conditions. If Maine Sport Outfitters cancels a trip, expedition, or instructional course due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy fog, lightning, high seas, or high winds) you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to transfer to the next available trip. Maine Sport conducts trips in rain, wind, fog, and cold weather as long as the weather conditions are deemed safe to paddle in.
