2 2 CONVENTION HOTEL INFORMATION LOEWS PORTOFINO BAY HOTEL AT THE UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT The 12th Annual Convention will be held at the Loew s Portofino Bay Resort. Address 5601 Universal Blvd. Orlando, FL (407) Accommodations You may call or go to Hotel/GroupPages/SABA to book your room at the Loews. Loews Occupancy Room Tax Room rates shown do not include the 12.5% State and Occupancy Tax (subject to change). Total room charges will include all room fees and taxes. Loews Cancellation Policy You may cancel your reservation with no charge up to 5 days prior to your arrival date. Loews will assess a fee of one night of your room charge in USD if you cancel after this deadline. TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION Taxi The 15-mile one-way ride to or from the Orlando International Airport ( MCO ) will take approximately 25 minutes and cost approximately $55. Rental Car Rental cars are available at the airport. Hertz is also at Loews. Mears Transport To/From MCO $19 One-way $30 Round Trip This is a multi-stop shuttle. No reservations are required from the airport, but are needed to the airport and can be made with the concierge. Car Service Reservations can be made through the concierge. A one-way trip will cost cost $90.

However, family members who are not attorneys, or even adults, may not enjoy the planned panels and networking events.
