If the booking is cancelled by the client, any monies paid will be non-refundable. Full payment is required within 21 days prior to the booked event. We will do our best to seat parties at the same table or at tables next to each other, however, this will depend on the number of guests and size of tables. Smaller parties are invited to join one another to make a complete table. The company reserves the right to cancel any event 2 weeks before should bookings fail to reach minimum numbers. In this case, the company will make every effort to offer an alternative date. If this is not possible a full refund will be given.

11 Call our Christmas co-ordinator Adam Smith on to check availability and make a provisional booking 1: For Party Nights a non-refundable per person deposit is required within 14 days of making your provisional booking. For parties of 10 or more one cheque is required. Cheques can be made payable to THE GOLF HOTEL and must have the name of the organiser on the reverse. For Exclusive Parties a 25% deposit is required of the estimated total. If payment is not received within the 14 day period, we reserve the right to release the space holding. 2: All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organisers are instructed to inform everyone in their party of this policy. 3: Functions and accommodation are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received in full and confirmed by The Golf Hotel. 4: Suitable standards of dress must be maintained. The hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable noise levels and guest behavior. In the event of failure to comply with the standards set, management will either stop the event or ask the person involved to leave, without being liable for any refund or compensation. 5: No wines, beers, spirits or food may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises. 6: Please indicate all dietary requirements at the time of booking. 7: Wine orders should be placed no later than 14 days before the event. 8: In the event of cancellation of a booking, the client will forfeit any deposit and will be required to make such further payments as set out below. Party Nights final numbers required by 1st November otherwise you will be liable to pay the outstanding amount for the number of guests originally booked for. For Exclusive Parties our Standard Terms and Conditions apply. 9: The Golf Hotel reserves the right to increase the prices stated herein from time to time without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any conflict between this Clause and any other Clause held within any Terms and Conditions issued by The Golf Hotel or any other Associated Company, This Clause shall take precedence. If a price change is applied to a confirmed booking the Client will not have the right to terminate the Agreement if such reasonable price increase is in line with inflation or does not exceed ten per cent (10%). 10: The company reserves the right to cancel any event 2 weeks before should bookings fail to reach minimum numbers.
