PayNet allows you to analyze Canadian market data based on the following job families: Using PayNet Subscribing organizations need only internet access to use PayNet, anytime, anywhere. Canada s largest pay information database PayNet provides direct access to Hay Group s Canadian compensation database, which holds information spanning 22 regions, across 24 different industries and 44 job families. With more than 250,000 incumbents from over 500 organizations, PayNet provides compensation specialists with the most comprehensive and reliable data available online, anytime and anywhere. Compensation components include salary policy, base salary, bonus/incentive awards, target incentive awards, and estimated cash values of long term incentive awards. Subscribers also have access to hundreds of job models and descriptions. Bi-annual updates PayNet is updated twice a year, making it one of the most current sources of online pay data for Canadian organizations. Job sizing tool The job sizing tool provides a means to price a unique or hybrid job for which there is no match available in a survey.
