( Lucky Draw ) This Lucky Draw is carried out by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd ( Singtel Mobile ) and is subjected to these terms and conditions ( Terms ). 1. The Lucky Draw is open to all targeted Singtel Prepaid customers ( Customers ), except customers who are on hi!tourist SIM Card. Travel period is valid from from 1 June 2016 to 31 August Booking must be made on or before 1 August 2016 with Travel Agency, to enjoy the prize package. Prizes not claimed after 1 August 2016 shall be forfeited. No extension of validity under any circumstances is allowed. Any loss or damage of travel vouchers will not be entitled to any replacement(s). 9. Warner Brothers Movie World Entry Passes are valid till 31 August Bookings MUST be made by with Ms Winnie Lee via winnielee@singtel.com or by phone call at , 5 working days prior to date of entry. No changes are permitted within 24 hours prior to entry date.

4 10. Winners shall be notified by SMS or phone. Winners who are not contactable within two (2) consecutive working days shall be disqualified and Singtel Mobile shall draw an additional winner to substitute the disqualified winner. 11. Winners shall collect their Prize within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by Singtel Mobile, and shall comply with any instructions specified by Singtel Mobile. In the event a winner fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by Singtel Mobile, the Prize may be forfeited at Singtel Mobile s absolute discretion. 12. Prizes are not exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will be no replacement in the event a Prize is lost or stolen. 13. In the event that the Prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner. 14. Actual Prize may differ from the image shown anywhere during the Lucky Draw or in any communications or publications relating thereto. Prize details stated in the promotional materials is correct at the time of print. 15. Singtel Mobile shall not be liable for any Event of Force Majeure that arises from the start of the promotional period until the end of Customer s period of travel. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against Singtel Mobile in connection with such variances. 16. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning the prize and/or substitute another Customer as the winner in the event that Singtel Mobile in its absolute discretion believes that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring Singtel Mobile into disrepute. In the event the Prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the Prize must be returned to Singtel Mobile at the Customer s cost and expense. 17. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

Singtel Mobile reserves the right to use the name and picture/photograph of the winner in any advertising and/or promotional materials and/or on Singtel Mobile s websites without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winner in any form of publicity for Singtel Mobile. 19. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever. 20. Singtel Mobile s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Lucky Draw, these Terms or any decision made by Singtel Mobile in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. Singtel Mobile reserves its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto. 21. Singtel Mobile shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or any of the Prizes. 22.
