6 1. LEGAL CONTEXT Obligations of the IM in the context of the RID 1. The IM shall ensure that he has a rapid and unrestricted access to the following information at any time during carriage : the composition of the train the UN numbers of the dangerous goods being carried in or on each wagon, or if only dangerous goods packed in limited quantities are being carried, information indicating their presence..., the position of each wagon in the train (wagon order). 2.
