HIGH STREET BRIDEWELL LANE Car parking is available in the cattle market, Queens Street, School Lane, and Commercial Road with a limited amount of on street parking available locally in Horsemarket and Silver Street. THE YARDS HORSEMARKET Following considerable Council investment, the Horsemarket area is fast becoming the central hub for local bus and taxi services servicing the town and the surrounding areas. With its close proximity to The Yards, plus the investment already made into Market Street and Market Place, this underlines this area as the town s prime retail area. For example, it is plausible that a restaurant operator may wish to take units 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 plus the outside canopy area - this can easily be accommodated, particularly at the pre- build stage and could provide up to 4,000 sq ft. 5 What next Potter Learoyd Commercial have been retained by the developer to promote The Yards and identify occupiers to rent or buy space within the scheme. At this stage we can offer a wide range of options from small market- stall type kiosks for smaller businesses to larger units of up to 4,000 sq ft for single occupiers. Timescales The developer is looking to commence initial works in early 2013 to bring the entire scheme to shell condition by Summer During this time we are looking to identify occupiers for The Yards seeking pre- lets giving the occupier significant influence on how the space is finished.
