Bidders need to make reservations for the bid document prior to the purchase and all reservations need to be made THREE days before the briefing date, failure to make reservations of the document before the stipulated time may result in no bid document being sold to the bidder on the briefing day. Sealed bids with the contract number and description of the bid endorsed on the envelope, with the bidders details clearly indicated, must be deposited into the bid box located on the first floor of the Lister Clarence Building outside Room 6, 221 Murchison Street, Ladysmith on or before the closing date and time. Bids received after the said closing date and time and not clearly marked as prescribed, will not be considered. Facsimile and ed bids will not be accepted. Bid documents may only be submitted on the original bid documentation that is issued.

BBBEE Certificate/JV BBBEE Certificate if the company is a joint venture. 4. Joint Venture Agreement if the company has entered into a joint venture and specifying the name of the signatory in the JV. 5. Entity s copy of Registration with the Registrar of Companies, Close Corporation 6. Profile of members of the Implementing Agent with their qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a Service Level Agreement with Emnambithi/Ladysmith Municipality. The bidder or a person who is directly employed by the bidder and is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the work involved must represent the bidder at the compulsory briefing session. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSIONS WILL INVALIDATE YOUR.
