The Foundation reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to vary from time to time the values of the Debentures to be issued prior to acceptance by the Foundation of your subscription for the relevant type of Debenture. Applicable to Depreciating Debenture - Current Value HK$100,000* Debentures are depreciated by 12.5% of the initial principal sum at the beginning of each school year (1 January) for eights. If the student commences during a school year then depreciation will commence from the date of entry. When a debenture has depreciated to zero, all rights under the debenture terminate and the certificate should be returned to the school. The Debenture Holder will have the option to purchase a new Depreciating Debenture if available or pay the annual Capital Levy. Under certain circumstances an arrangement may be made to purchase a debenture by instalments. Please contact the Business Administrator to discuss this option. If this option is chosen, no payment is needed until a place has been offered. Please note that the name of the Registered Debenture Holder is the person or the Company who will receive the debenture funds upon withdrawal of the student nominated above.
