Assist in develping training needs and manuals as per the prgramme requirement. Plan and implement supprtive supervisin fr TB Cunsellrs appinted by Saksham. Mnitr prgramme services in the field fr targets and deliverables as per the plan. Crdinate and wrk tgether with district Prgramme fficers fr data cllatin and peridic assessments. Oversee the bills, attendance and ther dcumentatin submitted by the cunsellrs. Any ther tasks as and when assigned by the Sr. Prgramme Manager, Saksham. Qualificatins: Minimum Desired Qualificatin: Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Experience: Administratin/ Master f Scial Wrk (Health & Mental Health r Public Health)/ M.A. (Cunselling r Clinical Psychlgy). Minimum 2-5 years f wrking experience at managerial level in the related field f TB cunselling services r HIV/AIDS cunselling r Public health and ther related fields.
