They are supplied pre-hung into the frame with a Secured by Design locking system, handles and a full factory stain or paint finish HB27 HB01 All our products are made to measure in our own workshop by experienced, skilled bench joiners using highest quality solid wood (no veneers). 2 We can make any style of contemporary door from a range of woods. European Oak and Iroko are popular for a natural/stained finish. If you would like a painted finish then idigbo hardwood is used. Doors and frames are full factory finished using the Teknos system, there are many colours available. There are two main types of horizontal boarded contemporary doors with variations from each. Horizontal Boarded (HB) Doors and Framed Horizontal Boarded (FHB) Doors see below. (other styles available). Many other designs are available please ask PRICES There are prices for these two types of contemporary door at the end of this document these prices EXCLUDE sidelights Horizontal Boarded Doors (HB) Horizontal boarded doors have horizontal boards running across the whole width of the door Door thickness 65mm with 35mm insulated core Vision Panels - Both styles can be made with vision panels or without. Vision panels can be in the centre, left or right, clear or opaque glass can be supplied Framed Horizontal Boarded Doors (FHB) Framed horizontal boarded doors have horizontal boards set within two vertical boards Door thickness 56mm with 25mm insulated core All our contemporary doorsets are supplied with the following:- Full factory finish (choice of colours), Pre-hung into frame, Multipoint locking system Secured by Design Long Pull handles or euro handles, Stormguard cill (disabled access), High performance thermal glass Letterplates - and other ironmongery can be fitted to both door types Other door hardware is also available

5 FRAMES We can make many styles of frames, combination frames and frames with top lights these are examples. Standard Four Sided Frame Frame with Fully Glazed Sidelights Frame with Side Windows Frame with Side Panel and Sidelight Frames are fully weathersealed and include a disabled access stormguard cill as standard. 6 DOOR FURNITURE AND LOCK INFORMATION Our contemporary doors are only supplied with frames we do not supply doors only in these styles. When you get a quote from us for a contemporary doorset, it includes all the following:- The door is pre-hung into the frame with heavy duty ball bearing stainless steel butt hinges concealed hinges are available p.o.a. Lock: Winkhaus secured by design self locking system (inc. BS EN 1303 anti bump, drill, pick, plug-pull, snap 6 pin MPX6 security cylinder) Pair of long 1200mm stainless steel pull handles (other handles available p.o.a.) 1200mm long Pull handles Euro lever handles also available (different lock system with euro handles) Vision panels are generally the same length as the handles unless shorter pull handles or lever handles are specified Security MPX 6 pin cylinder & escutcheon Lock systems: Winkhaus Secured by Design Pull Handle Lock Option AV2 Automatic self locking multipoint system Euro Handle Lock Option Multipoint (3 point) locking system (see website for further info) Long pull handles are available in both shorter and longer lengths (extra cost for longer).
