3 Technical conditions The Playing Hall and presentation: The Pelcl Theatre of Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Panská street Accommodation: HOME of the YOUTH, Javornická street and TGM street Rychnov n. K.* the separate accomodation (1 bed / room, players over 60): 360 CZK per bed and night. It is possible to agree a roommate in the spot. * double room 230 CZK per bed and night By booking of accommodation less than 8 nights, price is 460 CZK for separate room/1 person, 500 CZK for double room per night/2 persons (Home of the Youth). Separate accommodation (1 bed in the room, without age limit 330 CZK per bed and night (2 and more nights) Double room 220 CZK per bed and night (2 and more nights) Studios at Home of the Youth Double rooms with social equipment, 660 CZK per night/ 2 persons or 750 CZK per night/ 3 persons, the accommodation is prepared by the organizer after individual agreemnent, the studio with TV and a kettle is 750 CZK per night /2 persons or 900 CZK per night/3 persons. Hotels and pensions: There are prices for accommodation CZK (double room per night) in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Parking: It is nearby the Home of the Youth, where the guests are accommodated. It is a quiet unattended place under the windows of the building, free of pay. Application and payment: You must send the application to the director of tournament till June 30, Application must contain the surname, name, title (for labels on tables), ELO ( it is not obliged, I will find it ), club, year of birth, address, , requests for accommodation (alone or in pairs who with). You can just send the e- mail. The foreign participants pay all payment at the registration. We will satisfy the accomodation requirements ( Home of the Youth in RK) by the delivery date. In the case of full capacity we will offer alternative accommodation.

4 The Applications received after the deadline June 30, 2015 must be consulted by telephone due to the limited capacity of the tournament and supplement is 100 CZK. Only players who have paid a deposit at the end of the presentation will be accepted to the tournament. These ones who are presented till the conclusion of the first round can start from the second round. The Application to the tournament BLESK SENIOR are accepted at the latest 10 min before the start of tournament. You will pay 200 CZK. The participants of the week senior tournament will pay 100 CZK. The prizes for 40 participants. The Application to the OPEN Blitz tournament are accepted at the latest 10 min before the start of tournament. You will pay 150 CZK. The participants of the week senior tournament will pay 70 CZK. The prizes for 40 participants. We will enable the company presentation in the framework of the festival. As for the agreements on sponsorship and the presents you can agree them by phone Mr. Jiří Daniel.

5 PROPOSITIONS Play rules according to FIDE, SŘ and these propositions: The right to participate: A) players over 50 years, it means the year of birth 1965 and older. In a tournament can also play women over 30, it means the year of the birth 1985 and earlier. B) players over 60 years, it means the year of birth 1955 and older. C) players over 70 years, it means the year of birth 1945 and older D) players above 80 years, it means the year of birth 1935 and older Each category plays a separate tournament. But it is usually, that categories C and D play together. The swiss system on 9 rounds. The ranking is determined: points, medium Buchholz, Buchholz, Sonnenborn-Berger, progress, lot. The Pace Of 90 minutes + 30 seconds for each move Waiting time: 30 min Tournament A D shall be rated to ELO FIDE and national ELO. Titles: The tournaments A, B, C winners registered at FIDE under CZE will gain the title Master of the Czech republic in the senior category. The players order over 80years will be evaluated only for participants of C tournament or D tournament (under the condition at least 8 players over 80 years). Women: In the case the three woman- players registered at FIDE under CZE take a part in each tournament at least. The best one will gain the title Master of the Czech republic in the appropriate senior category. Entry fee: 500 CZK (category A, B), 400 CZK (seniors over 70 years), over 80 and women 300 CZK. The regional champions discount 100 CZK, it is necessary to prove it by the club confirmation. For the best players will be the same as in previous years prepared a lovely kind souvenir prices- Chess Kings and Queen from pottery. Special price receives the oldest participant tournaments and the best woman-senior.

The players of higher age category can start in the random lower age category according to their choice during the presentation and the application. They will be evaluated only in the frame of this age category. The best woman in tournaments A D = 400 CZK, participation of 5 or more than 5 women, the second place = 300 CZK. Ranking according to: at 1 st ) the number of points, 2 nd ) the best place, 3th) mutual blitz game.

8 The woman category is evaluated from the tournaments A, B, C, D. Ranking according to: 1 st ) the number of points, 2 nd ) better position in the tournament. In the case the points are the same the prizes are distributed according to the system HORT.
