12 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIVATE PARTY BOOKINGS All enquiries will be reserved for a maximum of 7 days and will be released if no confirmation has been made A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of per person is required for booking confirmation The full balance of the booking must be paid by Monday 25th November 2013 and for any subsequent bookings, full payment will be required at the time of booking Credit cards must be held on file as a guarantee All events must be pre-paid in advance Any additional costs i.e. drinks, must be settled on the day in cash or by credit card All meals must be pre-ordered at least 5 working days prior to arrival. Special dietary requirements will be catered for Any individual cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will be charged at a 100% cancellation charge and charges are non-transferable Any cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will be charged at a 100% cancellation charge Early booking offers are valid for all bookings confirmed and deposits paid by 1st September 2013 The hotel reserves the right to cancel a party date or move your reservation to another date should sufficient numbers to run the event not materialise.
