2 SPORTS & PHYSIOTHERAPY Udayana University offers another new study abroad program in Sport Science and Physiotherapy under the Faculty of Engineering; and Department of Physiotherapy, Medicine Faculty. It is a comprehensive course that covers theories, practices, physical training, workshop and excursions, designed for university students or sport professionals. The course is offered every semester; run within 16 weeks; and all subjects are credited into European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The amount of credits to be earned each semester is ECTS. The modules offered in a package of course, which include 2 subjects in Sport Physiotherapy, 2 subjects in Fitness and Well being, and another 2 subjects in Social sciences. Modules for 1 semester in Sport & Physiotherapy: 1. Sport Science & Physiotherapy (5 ECTS) 2. Physical Health & Fitness (10 ECTS) 3. Sports -of the Tropics (5 ECTS) 4. Water Sports & Traditional Fitness (10 ECTS) 5. Indonesian language- Bahasa (5 ECTS) 6. Indonesian Culture and History (5 ECTS) Eligibility Bachelor or Master students from 2 nd year to 5 th year of study from background of Sport Science, Physiotherapy, Physical Education or Medicine are eligible to join the study abroad program. Sport practitioners and other related professionals are also welcome to participate in this course. Important issues Application closes 15 February 2016 (Summer class); 15 July 2016 (Winter class) Summer class: April July 2016; Winter Class: September December Study Fees Euro 1,550 to be paid by the latest: 01 March (Summer); 01 August (Winter) The study fees cover lectures, exercises, trainings, workshops, visa extension services, welcoming and farewell dinner, weekly academic and cultural excursions, daily coffee + snack refreshments and other student services. The study fees EXCLUDE living cost, accommodation, transportations!2
