We quarantee high quality organization and competition with the best international referees in order to quarantee maximum transparecy, fairplay&impartiality for the athletes. AGES SENIORS: An athlete must be born in 1999 and earlier (+17 years) JUNIORS: Date of Birth ( ) CADETS: Date of Birth (2002, 2003, 2004) NOTE: Whoever eligiable for Junior and Senior category because of the age has pick only one category for competition 8. Protective Equipment & Uniform The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform. Daedoo PSS will be use at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC. All athletes must bring their own Daedoo sensor socks. Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants. Mouth piece is compulsory!(only white or transparent)

Applications: To register and login to the service please use this link: DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT LATEST 7 rd FEBRUARY, 2016 Entries after deadline will not be accepted Entries will stop when we reach 1500 players. IMPORTANT: If the athelete registered on-line does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline(7 rd FEBRUARY, 2015) his/her team officially must fully(%100) pay his/her entry fee for participation. 10. Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. An official invitation for the referees will sent to all Federations. Referee meeting at 19:00, Thursday 13 February at Maritim Resort Hotel, the Official hotel for the Referees. 11. Entry Fee For Kyourugi: 75.00(Euro) for each Contestant Entry Fee should be cash during to registration each category For all registered participants must be paid. No refunds! Changes of divisions after the deadline are allowed - Cost: 25. Coach Free entrance for 1 coach per 5 participants, Coaches must be at least 18 years old. And holder of ETU Coach lisance Accommodation must be paid before the dead line (January 23 rd ) For Poomsae Entry Fee ADMISSION FEE (PER ATHLETE) SINGLE DISCIPLINE TWO DISCIPLINES 40 Euro 60 Euro Entry Fee should be cash during to registration each category For all registered participants must be paid. No refunds! Changes of divisions after the deadline are allowed - Cost: 25. Accommodation must be paid before the dead line (January 23 rd ) Note: Reservations are only valid when payment have been received and confirmed by the bank and the organizer. Incomplete application forms or applications without entry fees are invalid and will be sent back. Applications and payments shall be sent at the same time. Receipt of hotel accommodations and applications shall be sent by . Payment must be done per team or club Hotel reservations that are cancelled after 1st FEBRUARY, will be fined %50 of the total hotel reservation cost. Hotel reservations that are cancelled after 7 rd FEBRUARY, will be fined %100 of the total hotel reservation cost. DAEDO Electronic Body Protectors will be provided by the OC, for all the competitors. Only WTF approved equipment will be allowed to use in this tournament (even dobok etc.) Groin/forearm/shi guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants. Mouth piece is compulsory! (White or transparent) All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector. Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play. Coaching is only allowed in sportswear. All coaches must be 18 years or older. First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency 12. Insurance: The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey. All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Turkey. If not, this will have to be paid cash.

6 13. CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS i. Individual Awards Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent championships: 1 st PLACE: GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 2 nd PLACE: SILVER MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3 rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3 rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 14. HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION i. FOR POOMSAE The head of team meeting shall be conducted one (1) days prior to the start of the championships that is February 16th 2016, in the presence of OC the representatives of the participating nations. ii. FOR KYOURGI The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted one (1) days prior to the start of the championships that is February 13th 2016, in the presence of OC the representatives of the participating nations. 15. WEIGH-IN i. Weigh-in of the contestants shall be complete done day before their scheduled competition day.10:00-12:00 ii. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear under pants and female contestants shall wear under pants and brassieres. However, contestants may weigh-in in the nude if they want to do so. 16. INDEMNITIES i. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities thereto. ii. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage. iii. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships. iv. The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships. 17.
