The consolidated salary for contract employees indicated shall be applicable for a period of 6 months and will be enhanced subsequently on satisfactory performance during the 6 months period as: Project s : Rs. 47,520/= Asst. Research work leading to MPhil/PhD or Post-Doctoral degrees will not be counted as experience. Real field experience is necessary.
